Architectural and space-planning solutions

On the territory of the mortar-concrete unit, the building of the administrative and amenity building was designed. The building is rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 18 x 12 m, two-story, the height from the planning mark of the ground to the top of the parapet is 6,55 m. For a relative mark of 0.000, the mark of the finished floor of the 1st floor of the building was taken. On the ground floor there are: administration offices, sanitary facilities (including showers and changing rooms), engineering and technical facilities. On the second floor there are administrative premises, meeting rooms, a dining room and sanitary facilities. The height of the premises of each floor is 2,5 m. The building has 1 L1 type staircase and type 3 staircase. The facades of the building are designed from sandwich panels with a polymer coating. Internal partitions - from GKL and GKVL on a metal frame. The building is provided with decoration depending on the purpose of the premises. Filling window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with single-chamber double-glazed windows. The roof is designed rolled. The cover is flat, combined with an external organized drain. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure the access of MGN to the territory of the mortar-concrete unit, to the parking lot with 1 equipped space for the disabled and to the administrative building along a ramp with a standard slope. 

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level - II (normal). The ABK building was designed according to the frame structural scheme. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the rigid connection of the columns with the foundation, the frame connections of the crossbars with the columns, and the hard disks of the floor and roof. The main load-bearing elements - the frame columns and crossbars of the floor and cover - are steel, from rolled I-beams. Steel C245. The ceiling is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 80 mm thick made of B25 concrete along steel girders. Covering - profiled flooring on steel girders. External walls - three-layer "sandwich" - panels 120 mm thick with fastening to the frame columns and half-timbered elements. The basement part of the outer wall is solid brick masonry with insulation. Internal staircase - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps and monolithic reinforced concrete platforms along steel stringers. Structural analysis was performed using the 8SAL 11.3 software package. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 13.40. Foundations - on a natural base, free-standing, columnar, with beams along the perimeter of the outer walls, made of monolithic reinforced concrete B25; U6; P50. Under the foundations, concrete preparation is provided for a cushion of sand and gravel up to 500 mm thick. The base of the floor of the first floor is in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 100 mm thick made of B25 concrete on a sand cushion. Design solutions provide for the replacement of bulk soil and the installation of a cushion of sand and gravel with layer-by-layer compaction. The basis of the foundations are silty sandy loams with interlayers of sand, plastic EGE-2 (c=12 kPa; E=10 MPa; e=0,648; f=23 deg). The design settlement of the building does not exceed the maximum allowable values. Impact on the surrounding development is not expected.
