Architectural and space-planning solutions
The planned building of the public and administrative center is a detached, two-story building with a basement and an attic. The building is rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 25,21 x 19,48 m. The maximum height of the building from the ground level to the ridge of the pitched roof is 11,63 m, to the parapet of the flat roof - 8,99 m. The main facade of the building is oriented towards the avenue. The building of social and cultural purpose is designed to serve the population of the microdistrict. In the basement floor with a height of 2,3 m, technical rooms are located in cleanliness: a heating point, a water metering unit and an electrical panel room. The entrance to the basement floor is separated from the above-ground floors. On the ground floor, the premises of the adolescent and youth center with classes for circle work, the post office, the premises of the district police, and the consultative medical department of general practice were designed. On the second floor, the premises of the library with a reading room, an assembly hall, a class of choral singing, administrative premises of the department of social services at home for the elderly and the disabled were designed. Sanitary facilities and cleaning equipment rooms are designed on each floor. The height of the aboveground floors: the first - 3,60 m, the second - 3,40-4,42 m from floor to floor of the overlying floor. For communication between floors and evacuation from the building, a L1-type staircase and a single-flight staircase were designed. The building is designed with an elevator with a cabin size of 1,1 x 2,1 m. The roof is flat and pitched, with external and internal organized drainage. Roofing - from rolled materials and from a professional sheet. Filling window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. Exterior finishing of the building: basement - facing with Putilov slab, above - installation of a ventilated facade made of porcelain stoneware and metal siding. Stained-glass windows - from an aluminum profile filled with single-chamber double-glazed windows. The interior decoration of the premises is provided in accordance with their purpose, from materials that have hygienic and fire certificates. The project documentation provides for measures to provide conditions for the life of people with limited mobility: a ramp for entering the first floor, a sanitary unit, an elevator with a cabin size of 1,1 x 2,1 m are designed.
Structural and space-planning solutions
Structural scheme of the building - brick longitudinal - wall system. External and internal walls - 380 mm thick. External walls - with insulation and trim. The walls of the second floor are stained glass windows. Covers: above the basement - prefabricated reinforced concrete flooring; above the first and second floors - a monolithic reinforced concrete floor from a slab 200 mm thick along beams with a section of 380x400 (h). The material of monolithic structures is concrete of class B20, reinforcement of class AIII. The roof structure of the building is a truss system made of rolled steel profiles. All elements of the supporting frames are connected by rigid nodes into a single spatial structure that perceives vertical and horizontal loads. The stability of the system is ensured by fastening to the monolithic ceiling structures above the second floor. Calculations of the load-bearing structures of the building were performed using software tools. The foundations of the building are strip foundations, made of monolithic reinforced concrete on a natural base of dusty plastic sandy loam with design characteristics: ρ=2,21 t/m3, φ= 24°, c= 0,32 kgf/cm2, E= 130 kgf/cm2. Material of underground structures - concrete class B20; W4; F100; fittings of class AIII. Basement waterproofing from groundwater - coating waterproofing of a closed basement contour, the use of waterproofing gaskets in the working seams of concreting.
