Architectural and space-planning solutions

 The building of the administrative and exhibition complex with a built-in open-type parking lot is a detached, rectangular in plan, with a total size in the axes of 85,50 X 24,00 m, the main facade faces the street. The building without a basement, consists of two blocks of different heights, separated by a temperature-sedimentary seam: a two-story exhibition building in axes 1-12 and a five-story administrative building in axes 13-19. The height of the building from ground level to the parapet is: two-story part - 17,15 m, five-story part - 17,65 m. For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor of the building, corresponding to the absolute mark of 3.55, is taken. On the first floor of the exhibition block with a height of 6,60 m, there is a built-in open-type parking lot for 46 parking spaces (the area of ​​open openings is more than 50%), a loading area for passenger and freight elevators. On the first floor of the administrative block with a height of 3,300 m there are entrances to the facilities of the complex, premises for the placement of engineering equipment, office and utility rooms. On the second floor of the exhibition block (elevation +6,600) with a height of 8,00 m to the bottom of the metal roof trusses, an exhibition hall was designed. From the second to the fifth floors of the administrative block - office, administrative and service premises. The height of the floors is 3,30 m. On the roof, a superstructure with rooms for accommodating ventilation equipment and exits to the roof, and a machine room for elevators was designed. To ensure communication between floors and evacuation from the building of the complex, three stairwells L1 with access to the street, and three external metal stairs of type 3 are provided. The complex provides for three passenger elevators in the administrative block and two passenger-and-freight elevators in the exhibition block. The cover is flat, combined with an internal organized drain. Exits to the roof are provided from the volumes of stairwells through superstructures. Filling window openings - metal-plastic window blocks filled with single-chamber double-glazed windows, stained-glass windows, metal grilles. Facade finishing: exhibition block - wall metal three-layer panels with an inner layer of insulation; administrative block - rigid facade mineral wool slabs on aerated concrete blocks, plastered and painted with facade paints, stained glass windows. Partitions - depending on the functional purpose of the premises: plasterboard sheets on a metal frame, brick. Interior decoration is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. Entry and exit to the parking lot is provided through open openings from the ground level. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure the life of people with limited mobility: entrances to the building from ground level, elevators, bathrooms for MMGN.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

The constructive scheme of the two-story exhibition block is frame-and-braced. Frame - from monolithic reinforced concrete, in the transverse direction up to a relative mark of 6,600 m - four-span, above - two-span. Concrete B25, W6, F75, working reinforcement A400C and A240. The building was designed from two blocks of different floors, separated by a temperature-sedimentary seam. Columns - with a section of 500 x 500 mm, with a step of 6,0 x 6,0 m, in axes 3-12 the columns reach only a mark of 6,600 m. Steel column heads are made of rolled I-beams, with rigid fastening to reinforced concrete columns. Rigidity diaphragms, walls of stairwells and elevator shafts - 200 mm thick, walls of the pump room - 500 mm thick. External walls - sandwich panels produced by Petropanel LLC with a thickness of 150 mm of horizontal mounting. The basement is made of solid brick 1NF 150/2,0/50. Overlapping - a continuous slab 200 mm thick on a system of cross beams. The main beams along the letter axes - with a section of 400 x 700 (h) mm, the main and secondary beams along the digital axes - with a section of 400 x 600 (h) mm. The pitch of the secondary beams is 2,0 m. The slab is designed for a temporary standard load of 1,5 tf/m2. The built-in floors near the elevators and the staircase are designed by analogy with the main floor. Covering - from profiled flooring H114-750-0,9 with a span of 6,0 m, supported by roof trusses and beams. Roof trusses - a lattice structure of bent closed welded profiles, span 12,0 m, hinged at the level of the upper chords on the steel heads of reinforced concrete columns. Cover beams - from rolled I-beams 25B1 and 30B1, with a span of 6,0 m, with hinged support on steel heads. Stiffening braces and spacers are made of bent closed welded profiles. The spacers are designed at the level of the upper and lower chords of the trusses. Coating stiffness ties: horizontal - at the level of the upper truss chords; vertical - between farms. The links are designed as two wind farms. Elements of the internal staircase - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers. External stairs - steel. The main support of the stairs is designed from two racks, consisting of rolled I-beams, connected by braces into a flat vertical truss. The system of stringers and platform beams is made of rolled channels, with fastening to the support at the level of the platforms. The stability of the stairs from the plane of the stringers is ensured by attaching the structures of the stairs to the columns of the building. Platforms and steps are made of cut-and-drawn sheet steel along rolling corners. The spatial rigidity and stability of the exhibition block is ensured by the rigid coupling of all reinforced concrete elements of the skeleton and the joint work of the columns and stiffening cores of the stair-lift units with the hard disk of the floor and cover. The structural scheme of the five-story office block is frame-wall. Frame - from monolithic reinforced concrete, in the transverse direction - four-span. Columns - with a section of 400 x 400 mm with a step of 6,0 x 3,0-6,0 m. Walls of stairwells and elevator shafts - 200 mm thick. Non-bearing external walls of the building - with floor-by-floor support on floor slabs, from aerated concrete blocks D500, B2 400 mm thick, a layer of Rockwool insulation 150 mm thick, finished with a plaster layer 30 mm thick on a galvanized steel mesh with painting. Fastening the insulation to aerated concrete - plate-shaped dowels. The lintels are prefabricated reinforced concrete. The heat-insulating facade system adopted in the project documentation must be developed at the stage of "working documentation" and have the appropriate valid technical certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. Ceilings - continuous slabs with a thickness of 220 mm according to the system of cross-beams. The main beams along the letter axes - with a section of 400 x 700 (h) mm, the main and secondary beams along the digital axes - with a section of 400 x 600 (h) mm. The step of the secondary beams is 2,0 m. Concrete B25, W6, F75, working reinforcement A400C and A240. The coating is a continuous slab with a thickness of 220 mm along a system of cross beams with a section of 400 x 720 (h) mm along the perimeter. The elements of the internal staircase are prefabricated reinforced concrete steps along steel stringers and platforms made of monolithic reinforced concrete along steel platform beams. The spatial rigidity and stability of the block is ensured by the rigid coupling of all reinforced concrete elements of the building core and the joint work of the columns and stiffening cores of the stair-elevator units with the hard disk of monolithic floors. Calculations of building structures were performed on the software package "SCAD" v.11.3 using finite element analysis. The level of responsibility of buildings is the second (normal). The service life of the building is assumed to be 25 years. The mark of the floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark of 0,000, was taken as 3.55. The foundations were developed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys carried out at the construction site. The foundations of the building are piled. Piles - prefabricated reinforced concrete, section 40 x 40 cm, length: in the axes "1-12" - 14,0 m; in the axes "13-19" -15,0 m, made of concrete B30, W6, F100. The absolute mark of the bottom of the piles is minus 10.50 and minus 12.00. Pile driving is provided by driving from the bottom of the pit. According to the results of static sounding, the design load on the piles is assumed to be 70 tf, which will be verified by tests. The connection of piles with grillage is rigid. The base of the piles is solid sandy loam (IGE9) with e = 0,361, E = 220 kgf/cm2, φn = 27°, IL = - 0,04. Grills: under the columns - columnar height 1300 mm; under the walls - tape height 1300 and 1850 mm; in the area of ​​elevators - a plate with a thickness of 600 mm. Concrete B25, W6, F100, reinforcement A400C, A-I. The absolute mark of the bottom of the grillages is 2.20 and 1.65 m. The building is without a basement with floors on the ground. The floor slab is made of monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick with expansion joints along and across the building with a step of 24 m and in the area of ​​interface with grillages.
