Architectural solutions

The building of the workshop with a warehouse is heated, one-story with an attached two-story administrative building. The space-planning solution and the appearance of the workshop are dictated by the production technology and current regulations. In the production part of the building there are injection molding machines and production lines. In the casting shops, cranes are used to install the molds, which serve two injection sites. The crane equipment of casting sites is serviced from metal platforms, to which open metal stairs lead. The tool section is equipped with two jib cranes with a lifting capacity of 2,0 tons. At elev. 0.000 of the production part of the H/O 6...15, A...K there are two injection molding sections, a raw materials warehouse, engineering support for the workshop (transformer, compressor, main switchboard, chiller, heating point, pumping station), mechanical and instrumental sections, a warehouse molds. Along axis A of the casting section there are overhead sectional doors with a gate for evacuation from the premises in case of fire. Gates are intended for installation of equipment. At elev. 4,500 ventilation chambers for the entire production hall and electrical room are located. The staircase of the first type leads to the second floor, located in the L1 type staircase with a march width of 800 mm. Swing gates are provided in the internal walls of the building for loading consumables, raw materials and shipping finished products. Finished products are transported by forklifts to the warehouse. The marks of the floors of the warehouse of finished products and production are the same, which allows you to freely carry out loading and unloading operations. On the ground floor of the administrative building at elevation +0,000 (in the axes "K...L" / "7...15") there will be premises for an arbitration warehouse, a quality service and amenity premises for the personnel of the production building and the warehouse for finished products, and latrines. On the second floor of the annex at elevation +3,600 there are administrative premises, a ventilation chamber and a main switchboard of the administrative and amenity annex. For the evacuation of personnel from the second floor of the administrative building at elevation +3,600, there are 2 L1-type staircases with a march width of 1200 mm (in accordance with SNiP 21-01-97 *, clause 6.29), located at different ends of the corridor. Corridors and passages of appropriate width lead to stairwells and exits.

Volumetric-spatial and architectural-artistic solutions

The projected building of the workshop for the production of household items with a warehouse for finished products is a rectangular volume with dimensions of 90x48 meters (in axes) and a height of 9,9 m in the ridge and an attached administrative building measuring 6x48 meters (in axes) with a height of 7,5 meters. The shop building is one-storey, heated. Skylights 9 m wide with polycarbonate glass glazing are placed along the ridges of the production building and warehouse in / about V ... And along axis 5 and in axes 1/5 ... 2/3. The volumes of the production workshop, administrative and amenity annexes and the warehouse for finished products are fire compartments. Fire compartments are separated from each other by fire walls of the first type with a fire resistance limit of REI 150. The highest building height within the fire compartment is 9,9 m.

Description of the compositional techniques used in the design of facades

The image of the building was a combination of the functional purpose of the building, the use of large-span roof structures and the respectable minimalism of the building's exteriors, typical for industrial architecture. The facades of the building are designed in soothing beige tones to maintain the color of the walls of the neighboring Krasnogorodsk paper mill. Tape glazing of the facades emphasizes the length of the building, and also fills the industrial premises of the building with light. The use of currently popular "sandwich" curtain panels helps in determining the modularity of the facade elements, in combining different colors of the same material and creating the outer walls of the building with a finished finishing layer of the inner and outer surfaces. The facade of the production building is made without accents, and only the main entrance from the side of the street is highlighted by a voluminous porch with a canopy made of cellular polycarbonate. The production building is dominant on the site of the plant.

Description of interior finishing solutions

The project provides for the following types of interior finishing works: Floors. IN industrial and technical premises - a self-leveling polymer floor on a polished concrete surface; in utility and technical rooms - dust-removing varnish; floors in corridors and landings - from ceramic tiles; floors in working rooms - from linoleum; finishing of plasterboard walls in domestic and office premises - improved painting with semi-gloss enamels; wall decoration in other rooms - improved painting with water-dispersed paints on the plastered surface of aerated concrete walls; suspended ceilings are provided in the corridors, domestic and office premises - from mineral wool boards with a decorative surface; in rooms with a wet mode of operation and subject to current wet disinfection, the walls are lined with glazed tiles; linoleum floor coverings near the walls are brought under the skirting boards, which are tightly fixed between the wall and the floor; the use of suspended ceilings is provided in rooms that do not require compliance with the anti-epidemic and infectious regime. Ceiling structures and materials provide the possibility of their cleaning and cleaning.

Description of architectural solutions and measures that provide natural lighting to the premises, ensuring the protection of premises from noise and vibration

The illumination of workplaces was adopted according to SNiP 23-05-95, taking into account combined lighting. All premises with permanent workplaces are provided with natural lighting through windows in panel walls and skylights on the roof of the building. Measures to reduce industrial noise levels include meeting the requirements of SNiP II-12-77 (Protection against noise) and SN 2.2.4/2.1.8.562-96 (Sanitary standards). Noise and vibration sources - ventilation machines, compressors and chillers are located in rooms with walls made of aerated concrete blocks 150 and 200 mm thick and have floors made of reinforced concrete slabs 100 mm thick, which provides the required noise reduction. Ventilation machines are mounted on vibration mounts and equipped with silencers to reduce noise and vibration levels. To absorb airborne noise, sound-absorbing coatings are used on the inner surface of the walls (compressor room). In order to comply with soundproofing standards in the administrative annex and in accordance with SP 23-103-2003 (Design of soundproofing of enclosing structures of residential and public buildings), the following partition designs were used: Partitions between offices and latrines - plasterboard 100 mm thick (airborne sound insulation 50dB); The partitions of the corridor and between the office and the ventilation chamber are made of plasterboard 125mm thick (airborne sound insulation 53dB). WITHIn order to reduce noise from roof fans, noise screens made of profiled sheet with a sound-absorbing coating on the inner surface are installed on the roof.

The building is heated two-storey. The volumetric and spatial solution of the administrative building is dictated by the location along the street and the nearby building of the Krasnogorodsk paper mill. The building is designed as a single volume with a break to maintain the line of the street. On the ground floor of the building at 0,000 there are two gyms, a buffet for 12 people, a sauna and a massage room, at the entrance to the administrative building there is a checkpoint that controls the entrance to the territory and the entrance to the administrative building. Wardrobes and technical rooms necessary for the area were designed. On the second floor, at el. +3,600 administrative offices and rest rooms for workers at the plant are located. For the evacuation of personnel from the second floor of the administrative building at the level of +3,600 there are 2 L1-type staircases with a march width of 1200 mm (in accordance with SNiP 21-01-97 *, clause 6.29), located at the ends of the corridor.

Volumetric-spatial and architectural-artistic solutions

The building is a two-story volume, stretched along the street. The building was designed with a fracture to maintain the line of the street at the turn. The dimensions of the administrative building are 52,3x14 m. The height of the premises is 3,2 m. On the main facade of the building (in the axes "3...1" and on the axis "B") there are decorative portals, including the entrance portal, protruding from the plane of the facade. External walls are made of porous RAUF ceramic blocks. Finishing with metal cassettes on the crate. The plinth is finished with decorative concrete slabs.

Description of the compositional techniques used in the design of facades

The outer walls are made of metal panels in alternating beige (color RAL 1001) and light beige (color 1015) colors. To maintain the structure of the street façades, cassettes of white (colour RAL 9010) and dark gray (colour RAL 7037) are used on the main façade with a certain rhythm. The plinth is finished with decorative concrete slabs "Dolomite". Roofs above the entrances are made of profiled sheet with RVF2 polymer coating in white color (color RAL 9003). Stained-glass windows and windows - metal-plastic white (color RAL 9003) filled with double-glazed windows. Metal-plastic insulated doors in white color (color RAL 9003). Above the portal and above the main entrance there are shields with the logo and company colors The roof is low-slope, unexploited, with slopes towards funnels.
