The roof is flat with an internal drain, the coating is rolled. The thermal protection of enclosing structures and infill elements is designed taking into account the requirement of SNiP 23.02.2003/XNUMX/XNUMX "Thermal protection of buildings" The project provides for measures for accessibility to disabled people with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. Entrances to the building are equipped with ramps, sanitary facilities and elevators are designed. The height of the building from the mark of the surface of the blind area to the maximum mark of the roof surface is 21,75 m, which corresponds to that provided for in the Land Use and Development Rules. On the territory of the service yard, a separate building of a closed-type parking lot was designed with dimensions in the axes of 7,2 x 6,63 m, the height from the planning ground level to the top of the roof parapet mark is 4,32 m. The outer walls are brick. Facade decoration - facing brick.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

The structural scheme of the 4-5 storey court building is mixed, consisting of a cross-wall and frame-wall scheme. All above-ground supporting structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete B25, W4, F75, working reinforcement A-III. All underground supporting structures and columns of the building are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete B30, W4, F75, working reinforcement A-III. The outer walls of the building are load-bearing, 160 mm thick, with external insulation with a layer of "Rockwool" 120 mm thick and finished with facing ceramic bricks 1NF/125/2,0/50 according to GOST 530-2007, 120 mm thick, with an air gap device 20 mm thick mm. Fastening the insulation to reinforced concrete - plate-shaped dowels. Masonry - on mortar M50 with reinforcement and fastening to reinforced concrete with anchors made of basalt plastic. The outer walls of the basement floor - 300 mm thick, with insulation with a layer of expanded polystyrene 100 mm thick and with a pressure wall made of Melikon-Polar wall stone 120 mm thick (concrete B15, F50), above the blind area - with tiling. Internal walls - 200 mm thick. Columns - section 300 x 300 mm. Ceilings and roofing - continuous slabs 200 mm thick supported on 4 sides, in the column area - with beams with a section of 300 x 500 mm (h including the slab), in the area of \uXNUMXb\uXNUMXbfacade walls - with thermal breaks. The maximum span of slabs and beams is 6,3 m. Stair elements: prefabricated reinforced concrete marches supported by platforms made of monolithic reinforced concrete; prefabricated steps on steel stringers; monolithic marches and platforms. Elevator shafts - from prefabricated reinforced concrete volumetric blocks with a wall thickness of 130 mm. The spatial rigidity and stability of the courthouse is ensured by the box-shaped structure of the basement and the rigidity of the interface nodes and the joint work of the longitudinal and transverse walls with hard disks of monolithic floors. The building is divided along the length by a temperature-sedimentary seam with the installation of adjacent reinforced concrete walls. The constructive scheme of the car park building is cross-walled. The building is one-storey with floors on the ground. External walls - load-bearing, made of solid brick 1NF / 125 / 2,0 / 50 according to GOST 530-2007, 380 mm thick. The lintels are prefabricated reinforced concrete. The covering is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow core slabs with a thickness of 220 mm. Floor slab on the ground - 120 mm thick (concrete B25 W4, F75 working reinforcement A-III). Calculations of the structures of the courthouse were performed on the software package "SCAD" v.11.3 and "Cross" in a finite element model, taking into account the joint work of the foundation building and foundation. The level of responsibility of the courthouse is the second (normal). The service life of the building is assumed to be 100 years. The mark of the floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark of + 0,000 m, was taken as 6,700. The foundations were developed in accordance with engineering and geological surveys. The foundation of the courthouse is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 600 mm thick (concrete B30, W4, F75 working reinforcement A-III). Absolute elevation of the bottom of the slab + 2,300 m. The stress at the base of the foundation slab will not exceed 1,74 kgf/cm2. The foundation of the car park is made of prefabricated concrete blocks. The stress at the base of the foundation will not exceed 1,64 kgf/cm2. The base of the foundations is silty heavy soft-plastic loam (IGE-2) with e = 0,872, E = 8,5 MPa, φII = 15°, IL = 0,65, with a design resistance of 2,51 kgf/cm2. Bulk soils and lenses of fluid loam IGE-2a are replaced with a sand cushion of different thicknesses up to an absolute mark of at least + 0,300 m. Preparation under the foundations of the courthouse - from a layer of monolithic concrete B7,5 100 mm thick over a layer of crushed stone rammed into the soil 100 mm thick, and under the foundation of the car park - with an additional layer of sand 500 mm thick. The maximum level of groundwater is possible at the surface of the earth. Groundwater is non-aggressive towards concrete of normal permeability. Protection of the building from groundwater and dampness: box-shaped basement construction; the device of coating waterproofing on concrete surfaces in contact with the ground, and under the foundation slab on top of the concrete preparation; expansion joint – with waterstop “Tricomer/BV. Protection of basement structures from freezing - the installation of a heat-insulating circuit along the outer walls of the basement. The expected design settlement of the courthouse is 6,3 - 9,1 cm, the relative difference in settlements is 0,0004, which does not exceed the allowable values. The court building was designed on the territory occupied by basementless metal and brick garages and a shed, which are to be dismantled. Dismantling is provided without disturbing the natural structure of soils at the base of the designed foundations. The building is designed at a distance of 22 m from the existing residential development on the street. Olga Berggolts and at a distance of 11 m from the railway line to the industrial zone. New construction is not expected without negative impact on the surrounding development. For fastening the slopes of the pit, 3,2 m deep, carried out in water-saturated flowing loams, the design documentation provides for the sheet piling of the pit.
