Information about the functional purpose of the object

The helipad is designed to provide takeoff and landing of helicopters: Robinson R44 (total takeoff weight 1089 kg, main rotor diameter up to 10,06 m), Eurocopter EU 130 (total takeoff weight up to 3000 kg, length up to 13 m, main rotor diameter up to 11 m), BELL-407 (total takeoff weight 2268 kg., main rotor diameter 10,66 m.), Eurocopter AS-350 (total takeoff weight 2250 kg., main rotor diameter 10,69 m.); heliocopters "Ka-226" (maximum takeoff weight 3400 kg., rotor diameter up to 13 m, fuselage length 8,10 m); light helicopter "Ansat" (maximum takeoff weight 3300 kg., rotor diameter up to 11,5 m.). The project provides for the provision of round-the-clock flights, in simple and difficult weather conditions, to provide emergency medical care in an emergency. Flights are episodic. Permanent basing of helicopters on the helipad is not provided. The identification marking of the heliport is oriented in the direction of the prevailing winds in accordance with the annual wind rose of the area. Aircraft maintenance is not provided. Helicopter refueling is not carried out on the helipad. There is no provision for the availability of special equipment to ensure the deicing of the helicopter and the heating of the main units in the winter.

Data on the design capacity of the facility

The heliport is located on the territory of the land plot, taking into account the requirements for safety, ergonomics, ecology and urban planning. The helipad is in constant readiness for takeoff. Take-off and landing of a helicopter on the airspace is provided according to the helicopter (without the use of an air cushion) strictly vertically. The real horizontal landing of the heliport is due to the requirement on the assignment for its design in the immediate vicinity of the Sopka Multifunctional Sports Complex. Technologically, these objects are connected. There is no provision for the availability of special equipment to ensure the deicing of the helicopter and the heating of the main units in the winter. Stationary systems for starting engines and power supply of the helicopter on-board network are not installed at the airspace. The helipad has the following dimensions in relation to the Ansat design helicopter: touchdown and liftoff zone (TLOF) with a diameter of 11,43 m; final approach and take-off (FATO) area with a diameter of 13,77 m; security zone - 27,54x27,54 m; the working platform has a size of 15x15 m. According to the technological regulations, taking into account the design assignment issued by the Customer, the permanent presence of service personnel at the facility is not provided.
