General information.
The helipad has the following dimensions in relation to the Mi-8 design helicopter: touchdown and lift-off zone (TLOF) 21x21 m; final approach and takeoff area (FATO) 26x26 m; security zone 51x51m; the working platform has a size of 21x21 m. The helipad is designed to ensure takeoff and landing of Mi-8 (t) series helicopters (maximum takeoff weight 12200 kg, main rotor diameter 21,29 m, tail rotor diameter 3.91 m). The project provides for the provision of round-the-clock flights, in simple and difficult weather conditions, to provide emergency medical care in an emergency. Flights are episodic. Permanent basing of helicopters on the helipad is not provided. The identification marking of the heliport is oriented in the direction of the access road. Aircraft maintenance is not provided. Helicopter refueling is not carried out on the helipad. There is no provision for the availability of special equipment to ensure the deicing of the helicopter and the heating of the main units in the winter. For the installation of electrical, communication equipment, it is planned to install a container-type technical building "Universal AWP", fully factory-ready according to the technical specifications with dimensions in terms of 4x2,3 m.
