Architectural solutions

The car wash is a two-story building with a basement, L-shaped in plan with dimensions in the axes "A-B" / "1-6" 10,1x28,5 m. The roof is flat with an internal organized drain. The elevation of the parapet of the roof of the building is +8.845, +9.600. The elevation of the roof access parapet is +11.270. For relative elev. 0.000, the level of the clean floor of the building is taken, corresponding to the absolute mark. 147.900. In the basement (elev. minus 4.000) there is a zone of technological equipment with the placement of a technological room, treatment facilities, a heat point, an air intake chamber, and a room for entering a water pipe. From the basement there is a separate exit directly to the outside. The height of the basement floor is 4,0 m. On the first floor (elev. 0.000) there is a car wash area with a washing room, an electrical panel room, an operator's room, and a sanitary unit for representatives of the Moscow State Duma. The height of the first floor is 4,8 m. On the second floor (elev. +4.800) there is a free-planning area with a ventilation chamber, utility rooms, a sanitary unit, a shower room, an office, a pantry for cleaning equipment, a bar, a utility room, a washing room, and a wardrobe. The project provides for the installation of an external evacuation staircase from the second floor. The height of the second floor is 3,6 m. Vertical communication between the floors is carried out through a staircase. Facades are made in a simple, concise form. Exterior decoration is provided by Alucobond hinged panels in warm colors. On the facade "1-6" stained-glass windows are made. The interior decoration of the premises corresponds to their functional designation. Ceilings: suspended according to the Armstrong system; suspended from an aluminum lath; water-based painting; oil painting. Walls: plaster with complex mortar; water-based painting; glazed tiles. Floors: anti-slip polymer coating for car washes; ceramic tile; cork-based linoleum; wear-resistant decorative coating; poured cement coating.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

The project was carried out for the following construction conditions: climatic area of construction - ITB; the estimated weight of the snow cover - 180 kgf / m2; normative wind load - 23 kgf/m2. The structure of the building is made of monolithic reinforced concrete and is a spatial frame consisting of load-bearing columns united by floor disks. The strength, stability and spatial immutability of the building frame during operation is ensured by the dimensions of the sections of the elements, their reinforcement and the spatial structural scheme of the building. Additional rigidity of the building is given by the walls of the staircase block. Based on the results of engineering and geological surveys, the project provides for the installation of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab foundation with a thickness of 500 mm. Concrete class B25. ASh class fittings according to GOST 5781-82 with a diameter of 16 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm, class AI according to GOST 5781-82 with a diameter of 8 mm. The foundation is arranged according to concrete preparation of class B7,5 with a horizontal waterproofing device. The outer walls of the basement with a thickness of 300 mm and the inner walls with a thickness of 150 mm, 200 mm are monolithic reinforced concrete. Concrete class B25. ASh class fittings according to GOST 5781-82 with a diameter of 12 mm, 14 mm, class AI according to GOST 5781-82 with a diameter of 6 mm, 8 mm. The basement walls are insulated to a depth of 1,6 m from the ground level with Penoplex plates 50 mm thick. All reinforced concrete surfaces in contact with the ground are coated with bituminous mastic for 2 times. Columns - monolithic reinforced concrete section 250x250 mm, 300x300 mm. Concrete class B25. ASh class fittings according to GOST 5781-82 with a diameter of 18 mm, 22 mm, class AI according to GOST 5781-82 with a diameter of 8 mm. Ceilings and coverings - monolithic reinforced concrete beams with a slab part thickness of 200 mm and a beam section of 300x300 mm, 250x500 mm, 300x500 mm, 300x620 mm, 300x820 mm. Concrete class B25. ASh class fittings according to GOST 5781-82 with a diameter of 10 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm, class A1 according to GOST 5781-82 with a diameter of 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 18 mm. Rigidity diaphragms - monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick. Concrete class B25. ASh class fittings according to GOST 5781-82 with a diameter of 12 mm, class AT according to GOST 5781-82 with a diameter of 6 mm, 8 mm. The internal staircase and the exit staircase from the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete. Concrete class B25. ASh class fittings according to GOST 5781-82 with a diameter of 12 mm, class AI according to GOST 5781-82 with a diameter of 6 mm, 10 mm. External evacuation ladder - metal. Stringers are made of channel No. 14P in accordance with GOST 8240-97. The supporting and longitudinal elements of the platforms are made of channel No. 16P according to GOST 8240-97. The pads are covered with steel sheets 3 mm thick according to GOST 19903-74. The steps are made of bent steel sheets 2 mm thick according to GOST 19903-74. Partitions are made of several types: 120 mm thick, 250 mm thick ceramic bricks according to GOST 5781-82; 100 mm thick from expanded clay concrete blocks. Self-supporting external walls 390 mm thick are made of concrete stones according to GOST 6133-99 with Rockwool VENTI BATTS insulation according to TU 5762-003-45757203-99 120 mm thick. Technological solutions

In the project documentation in the section "Technological solutions" the main technological solutions in the process of construction and operation of the facility are considered.

 Mechanized car wash

The mechanized car wash is intended for washing cars. The car wash is equipped with a high-capacity washing plant and a conveyor for moving cars made in the USA. 150 cars are serviced at the car wash per day. The car enters the washing post, is installed on the conveyor, the engine is turned off. The car goes through all the stages of washing the car, including washing the body, washing the bottom, wheel rims, washing the tires, drying the car. After washing the car, the car drying starts. Then the engine turns on, and the car leaves the washing post.

Water recycling treatment facilities

Treatment facilities are designed to remove sand, suspended solids from wastewater, reduce the concentration of oil products and disinfect treated water to the regulatory requirements for recycled water used for car washing. The treatment facilities include: mixer; contact chamber of flocculation; flotation tank; foam removal unit; reagent department; air-water mixture preparation unit; lighting and sorption filters; cartridge filters; bactericidal installation; purified water tank; water desalination unit; pumps designed to supply settled and wash water to filters, purified water for preparing an air-water mixture, dosing a reagent solution, pumping sediment and flotation sludge. At the first stage of purification, after mixing water with a reagent solution, water treatment is provided in a flotation-settler with a built-in contact chamber for flocculation. A pipe-type mixer designed for intensive mixing of treated water with a reagent solution is mounted on the source water supply pipeline connecting the tray and the flocculation chamber. The flocculation chamber is equipped with removable filter cassettes 2 with coarse-grained polystyrene foam, which allow intensifying the flocculation processes. The cassettes are periodically washed with purified water as they accumulate in them with purified water, pulling them out one by one. Wash water is discharged into the flocculation chamber. The flotation tank is designed for reagent flotation clarification of water, its settling and extraction of surfactants and oil products. Saturation plant SAV-1600 is provided for preparation of water-air mixture supplied to the flotator-settler. A bactericidal plant designed for disinfection of purified water is a protective casing made of stainless steel, inside which a UV emitter is placed. The plant is equipped with a cavitator and operates in a pressure mode. The purified water tank is designed to store purified and disinfected water for the purpose of its further use in the car wash recycling water supply system.
