The projected 2-storey car wash building with an express cafe is located in the North-Eastern administrative district of the city. The land plot with an area of ​​0,086 hectares is located on the border of a residential area and an industrial zone. The plot is limited: from the north - a green area with a 3-storey garage, from the west - a small green area, behind which there is a parking lot and from the south - a green area free from buildings, from the east - the carriageway of the street, at a distance of at least 30 meters 14- 17 storey residential buildings. The main entrance to the building is located from the south, the car wash is entered from the north. It is planned to build a 2-storey building, the height of the floors is 3,6 meters. Functional fire hazard class: car wash - F5.2, cafe - F3.1, fire resistance degree - II. There is a minimum staff and visitor parking of 7 cars on site, based on the current situation with the nearest car park bordering the western part of the site. On the ground floor there are 2 car washing posts for 4 parking spaces with two high-pressure units for washing cars in turn, 1 quick service post for 1 car, for diagnosing a car and its components - chassis, engine, lighting, brake system. And also one place for polishing the body and cleaning and cleaning the car interior. The car wash is equipped with a 6 m3 waste and water treatment tank. The quick service post is equipped with a vehicle lighting diagnostic device, a brake system diagnostic unit, and a gas analyzer for engine diagnostics. Also on the floor there are rooms for staff, technical rooms, a client room with a bathroom for people with limited mobility, an office space and 2 dispersed stairs leading to the 2nd floor. On the second floor there is an express cafe with a dining room for 24 seats and a bathroom for visitors, a ventilation chamber, a lift for loading products from the first floor to the second and utility rooms. This project provides for the minimum necessary measures for the use of the premises of the l-ro floor by people with limited mobility. The access of people with limited mobility to the building is provided to the client washing area along the ramp of the main entrance to the building, located in axes 5-6. Evacuation from the building takes place along the same ramp. The width of the ramp is at least 1,2 m with a slope of 8% from the sidewalk mark to the porch mark with a double-sided fence, 0,9 m high from the movement surface, and also equipped with additional circular cross-section handrails at a height of 0,7 m, taking into account the requirements for stationary support devices in accordance with GOST R 51261. There are bumpers along the edges of the ramps 5,0 cm high to prevent slipping. The supporting structures of the ramps are made of non-combustible materials with a fire resistance rating of at least R60. The layout of the client part of the building provides a 360° turn of the wheelchair. The width of the corridor of the building, the project adopted more than 1,5 m. There are no obstacles, thresholds and protruding elements on the evacuation path. The building is equipped with fire warning system devices with the installation of acoustic modules with a power of 1 W; for emergency sound signaling, devices are used that provide a sound level of at least 15 dBA for 30 seconds. Exceeding the maximum sound level in the room by 5 dBA. Entrance platforms with drainage are protected from atmospheric precipitation by a canopy and have a space in front of the door of at least 1,5x1,5 m, which ensures a 360-degree turn of the wheelchair. The client room has a bathroom equipped for MGN with dimensions in terms of at least 1500x1800mm. Support rails at the sink, hooks for clothes, hooks for crutches are installed at a height of 1,2 m from the floor. The sink is located at a height of 0,85 from the floor. A mirror with angle adjustment is provided, the lower edge at a height of no more than 0,8 m from the floor. The clear width of the doorway to the bathroom is 0,9m. In the cabin, next to the toilet, on one side there is space for a wheelchair. The wheelchair rotates 360 degrees. The bathroom is equipped with an emergency call button. The call button, devices for opening and closing doors, levers, taps are installed at a height of 0,85-1,1 m from the floor and at a distance of at least 0,4 m from the side wall of the room (VSN 61-91 *). The call button is marked with a sign with a "disabled person" icon and a stylized bell. Locks are installed on the entrance doors to rooms where it is dangerous or categorically forbidden to be outsiders, excluding free entry into the room. The door handles of these rooms have a surface with identification marks that are tactilely felt.
