Architectural solutions
The car wash is designed for daily washing and drying of vehicles and mechanisms for various purposes. Car wash for 2 posts is a ground-based one-story industrial-type building with a car washing and drying room for 2 posts. The building is planned to be one-storey, without an attic and without a basement, heated (with an interior temperature of +5°C to +18°C). The constructive solution is made in a metal frame, the outer walls and the coating are made of sandwich panels, the inner partitions are made of brick, plastered. The foundations are monolithic reinforced concrete, the dimensions of the building in axial dimensions are 24,0x13,2 m. The ridge mark is +7.670, the roof is pitched, with a slope of 12%, the drain from the roof is external, unorganized. The functional fire hazard class of the structure is F5.1, (industrial buildings, structures, structures, industrial and laboratory premises, workshops). The degree of fire resistance of the building - II. Constructive fire hazard class - C0. A car wash for 2 posts is a two-span building with a gable asymmetric roof of different heights. In the main part of the structure (in axes 1-5/B-D), there is a room for cleaning and washing vehicles for 2 posts. The room is provided with a through passage of vehicles through two swing gates with wickets and is the functional center of the structure, connected with the auxiliary rooms located in the adjacent span. To the right of the cleaning and washing room (axes 1-5 / A-B), there is a block of auxiliary rooms. It includes: a corridor with an entrance vestibule, administrative and amenity premises, technical premises. Administrative - amenity and auxiliary premises are provided with an evacuation exit directly to the outside through the corridor with an entrance vestibule and a duplicate exit through the vehicle washing room. Part of the technical premises is provided with direct access to the outside.
