Self-service car wash for five posts is a canopy on metal columns without wall enclosing structures. Rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the axes of 27,7 by 6,0 meters, the maximum height of the ridge is 5,33 m, a self-service car wash for 5 posts is located on the site in such a way that through passage of cars through the washing posts is ensured. The washing compartments are separated from each other by PVC curtains, in the middle part of the car wash, under a common canopy, there is a container with equipment, 2,5 by 6 meters in size. The location of the car wash on the site is determined by the configuration of the site and the presence of security zones of engineering communications. The dimensions of the self-service car wash for 5 posts are determined by the design task. The adopted space-planning decision of the self-service car wash corresponds to the functional purpose of the facility. The maximum hazard class (according to the sanitary classification) of capital construction facilities located on the territory of the land plot is IV. The height of the structure is 4,35 m from the planning mark of the earth.

Constructive decisions

SP 20.13330.2011) - The spatial work of the frame is ensured by the hard disk of the coating, the rigid coupling of the columns with the foundation. All columns of the building are designed with rigid pinching in a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation. According to the results of the calculation, the maximum horizontal movement of the top of the building is 6.2 mm, which is less than the maximum allowable according to Table. E.4. SP 20.13330.2011. For the period of installation of the frame structures, temporary connections must be provided to ensure the stability of the structures and the spatial operation of the frame. Manufacture and installation of structures in accordance with GOST 231.18-99, SP 53-101-98, SNiP 3,03,01-87. All metal structures of the frame should be made of steel C - 275 in accordance with GOST 27772-88. All metal structures should be painted with primer GF-021. Materials for welding should be taken according to table 55* according to SNiP II-23-81*. The foundations are designed as monolithic free-standing foundations made of concrete of class B 25, frost resistance grade F 100 and water resistance W 6. Preparation for foundations according to the drawings of section KR. At the base of the foundations lie - loams of the second category (IGE1) with a calculated resistance R = 0.8 kg / cm2. The depth of the foundation is assumed to be 1,35 m from the planning surface of the earth. Reinforcement of foundations is designed with class AIII and AI reinforcing bars in accordance with GOST 5781-82*.
