Car wash with administrative and amenity premises. The building is rectangular in plan with dimensions between the axes of 18,0 x 24,0 m, without a basement. The height of the 1st floor is 3,60 m, the 2nd floor is 3,30 m. The maximum height of the building to the parapet is 7,90 m. For relative elev. ±0.000 is the level of the finished floor of the building, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 180.50. Entrances to the building are designed from 3 sides. Along the “G” axis of the building, the 2nd lifting-sectional gate with a width of 3,50 m was designed. On the ground floor of the building there are: a car wash, tire fitting, locker rooms for staff, a security room, administrative premises, a room for cleaning equipment, bathrooms, incl. for the disabled, individual heating point. On the second floor of the building there are: a meeting room, administrative premises, a dining room, bathrooms, an office equipment room, a ventilation chamber. According to the design assignment, the project documentation provides for measures to provide access for people with limited mobility to the 1st floor of the building, for which, at two external entrances, ramps with a slope of 10% and a width of 1.0 m are designed. The ramps are equipped with handrails - at a height of 0,7 m and 0,9 m. There are horizontal platforms and protective visors in front of the external entrances. For interfloor communication and evacuation in case of fire, an internal staircase is provided, located in the axes "1-2 / A-B" and an external metal staircase along the axis "5". All premises with a permanent stay of people have lateral natural lighting through window openings in the outer walls, which provide workplaces with a coefficient of natural lighting in accordance with the requirements of SP 52.13330.201 1 “Natural and artificial lighting. Car wash with administrative and amenity premises. The building is framed with columns and an interfloor ceiling made of monolithic reinforced concrete according to a profiled sheet. The external enclosing structures of the building are made of sandwich panels manufactured by MetallProfil, 120 mm thick. Internal partitions are made with a thickness of 100 mm from foam concrete blocks in accordance with GOST 21520-89. The roof is without attic, with an external organized drain. The roof has parapets with a height of at least 600 mm. The roof structure was developed on a monolithic reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 150 mm along a profiled sheet and consists of the following layers: roofing carpet made of 2 layers of Technoelast material (TU 5774-003-00287852-99); cement-sand reinforced screed from mortar M100; expanded clay to create a slope, min. - 20mm; insulation - mineral wool boards "ROCWOOL" RUF BATTS V according to TU 5762-005-45757203-99; vapor barrier - a layer of PVC film grade T according to GOST 10354-82; monolithic roofing slab on profiled sheet on steel beams. Windows are made of PVC profiles in accordance with GOST 23166-99 filled with double-glazed windows brand SPD 4M1-12-4M1-12-4M1 in accordance with GOST 24866-99 with glass in accordance with GOST 111-2001. In technical rooms, simple plastering and adhesive painting are carried out. In the premises of cleaning equipment, showers and bathrooms, the walls are faced with glazed tiles to a height of 1,8 m, above - painting with water-based paints. In the car wash and tire fitting rooms, the walls are faced with glazed tiles for the entire height of the room. In the administrative premises suspended ceilings of the Armstrong type are made, in the bathrooms they are slatted from aluminum profiles. The following materials were used as floor coverings: linoleum on a heat and sound insulating basis according to GOST 18108-80 * is used in administrative premises, in the premises of personnel and security. TOceramic tiles in accordance with GOST 6787-2001 and porcelain stoneware slabs are used in vestibules, corridors, bathrooms, storage rooms for cleaning equipment, showers; concrete floors, class. From the second floor there are two emergency exits leading to the internal and external stairs. Doors of evacuation exits open in the direction of movement during evacuation. Stained-glass window in the stairwell is fireproof type 1. The exit to the roof is designed by an external steel ladder. Doors in the premises of an individual heating point, a heating chamber, office equipment, as well as from the tire fitting and car wash rooms to the corridor of the 1st floor in the axes "3-5" are fire-resistant manufactured by the PULSE company with a fire resistance limit of EI 30.

Constructive decisions

The building of the car wash is two-storey with dimensions in the axes 18,0x24, Ohm. The building is designed as a frame type. Bearing columns are made of rolled I-beams 25K1 (STO ASChM 20-93). The foundations for the columns are monolithic reinforced concrete columnar. Foundation materials: concrete class B25, grades W6, F75 (GOST 26633-91*), reinforcement class A-III and AI according to GOST 5781-82*. Along the perimeter of the building, monolithic reinforced concrete foundation beams are provided for the brick basement of the building. Floor slabs and coatings at el. +3,500 and +6,900 - monolithic reinforced concrete with corrugated sheet formwork on metal beams from I-beams 30Sh1, 25Sh1 and 25B1 (STO ASCHM 20-93). The total thickness of the slab is 150mm, concrete class B25. The material of metal structures is steel of class C255 according to GOST 27772-88*. The base of the foundations is brown-brick loam, hard-plastic, with interlayers of silty sand, incl. up to 10% pebbles, gravel. The roof has parapets with a height of at least 600 mm. The roof structure was developed on a monolithic reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 150 mm on a profiled sheet. The designed building is designed: III degree of fire resistance and constructive fire hazard class CO in accordance with SP 118.13330.2012. Fire resistance limit of building structures: columns - R45; ceilings, beams, girders, etc. - REI 45; external non-bearing walls - E15. The fire resistance limit in reinforced concrete building structures is provided by a protective layer (in ceilings - 25 mm); in steel structures coated with fire-retardant intumescent paint "TERMA LUX".
