The project was completed in accordance with the customer's assignment and requirements for enterprises of this type. The project solves the construction of a car wash for trucks for 1 post with a throughput of 4 cars per hour. Works on repair and other types of maintenance of vehicles in the designed building are not provided. The parameters of the distances between the rolling stock and the building structures were adopted taking into account the requirements of ONTP 01-91 “All-Union norms for the technological design of motor transport enterprises”. For maximum mechanization of labor, modern technological equipment is installed, used in enterprises of this type, this is a Karcher HD 6 / 16-4M high pressure washer and a Bosch GAS 55 V AFC 0.601.9C3.300 vacuum cleaner. There are no permanent jobs in the car wash - the process of washing and cleaning cars is planned to be carried out on the principle of self-service directly by car drivers. The designed car wash is connected to the networks of external engineering support in accordance with the assignment and specifications provided by the Customer. Power supply is carried out by VL-0,4 kV from the existing support with a hinged self-supporting insulated wire according to the specifications. The facility's need for electricity is 12,63 kW. The source of heat supply is a thermal power plant in accordance with the specifications. The need for heat is 11000 kcal/hour. The source of water supply is city networks and water supply, laid on the territory of the base in accordance with the specifications.
