General information.
The project provides for the following composition of the washing production facilities: washing room for trucks; premises of the circulating water supply system. The washing room for trucks is equipped with two consoles with pistols for manual washing of trucks, the consoles are connected to high-pressure apparatuses of high-pressure cleaners. Productivity of each installation - 500÷1000 l/hour. The professional machine is designed for continuous operation in harsh environments. For washing the top of the machine, a technical platform is provided with a height of 1,0 m from the floor level. The project provides for the installation of a water recycling system. The equipment is located in a separate room. In addition to high-pressure apparatus, the following is provided: a pressure booster module with a pump; settling tank accumulator, with a total volume of 16 m3; water purification system SORV-2/800-R with a tank for storing purified water, with a volume of 800 liters, a capacity of 2 m3/hour. The washing building is designed in such a way as to be used as a production building. The building consists of a washing room for trucks, also on the ground floor there are: a room for a circulating water supply system, a warehouse, an electrical panel room, a cross room, a pantry, a transformer substation and a water metering unit, and household premises. The outer walls of the building are made of red ceramic brick 510 mm thick, grade M150, insulated with mineral wool based on basalt fiber and lined with profiled sheet C10-899-0,6 in accordance with GOST 24045-2016. Internal walls made of red ceramic bricks M150, 380 mm, 250 mm thick. Reinforce the brickwork of the walls with D4 Vr-1 rolled mesh with a cell of 50x50 (GOST 6727-80) through six rows of masonry in height. Laying should be carried out with dressing of seams, on a cement-sand mortar M100. Partitions from a silicate brick of the M150 brand 120 mm thick. The roof is flat from built-up materials, the drain is organized, a parapet is provided along the perimeter. For access to the roof, an external fire escape type P1-2 is provided. At the elevation of +3.300m, part of the building is covered for the construction of offices, ventilation chambers and sanitary facilities. Entrance at +3.300 m by stairs, which is the main emergency exit. In accordance with clause 8.3.8 of SP 1.13130.2009 "Fire protection systems. Evacuation routes and exits (with Amendment No. 1) "a second evacuation exit from the second floor is not required. All rooms are separated from each other by brick walls 380 mm thick, 250 mm thick, brick partitions 120 mm thick and have separate entrances. A relative mark of 0.000 is taken floor level of the first floor.The building with utility rooms (room no.: 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) on the first floor of the designed building is separated from production rooms (room no.: 1, 2, 3) by brick walls with a fire resistance rating of at least EI45 with the installation of fire doors with a fire resistance rating of EI30. The building with administrative and amenity premises (room number: .15, 16, 17, 20, 21) on the second floor of the designed building is separated from the production premises (axis 2) by a brick wall with a fire resistance rating of at least EI45. The enclosing structures of the ventilation chamber are partitions with a fire resistance limit of at least EI45 (made of silicate brick 120 mm thick, followed by cladding with mineral wool boards based on basalt fiber and finishing with painted plasterboard). The washing room for trucks is equipped with external electric overhead sectional doors for the entry of vehicles.
