Constructive fire hazard class - C0. The building of the parking garage has a rectangular shape in plan. Dimensions between axles 1-3 - 33,07 m, A-B - 11,540 m. The building is one-storey with a maximum elevation of +5,100m along the parapet. The height of the floor to the floor slabs is 3,950 m. Zoning has been completed in the building. The entire volume of the building can be divided into two groups: 1. Parking lot for 8 cars. Vehicles enter from the street through sectional gates on the facade of the building. The gate is made with a gate. 2. Garage with washing rooms, with water purification room; the premises of those service; pantry of spare parts and accessories; household area. The living area includes an entrance group - an entrance vestibule, a corridor, a rest room for drivers, a mechanic's room, a lavatory with a shower. Through the vestibule, the residential area is connected to the parking lot. The room for storing, cleaning and drying cleaning equipment has an area of ​​2,96 m2 and is equipped with hot and cold water supply. The required area for this room is 0,8 * 369,56 / 100) = 2,95 m².
