This project provides for the construction of an auto center for the sale and service of cars. The auto center includes a service station zone and a car dealership zone. STO is intended for:
• Performing maintenance and current repairs (TO and TR)
• Carrying out bodywork
• Performance of painting works.
The layout of the service station premises is based on the accepted technology of maintenance and current repairs, the functional purpose of the premises of the complex, technical conditions for construction, as well as the technology for servicing cars of similar service stations in Russia and abroad. In accordance with the purpose of the complex and the design task, the organization of the projected object is provided for:
• Production zone - service station (service zone) is intended for technical maintenance and current repair (TO and TR) of cars, tuning (change and addition of a complete set), as well as body and painting works. In the service area, washing rooms with three dead-end and three walk-through posts, a service area with 14 repair and auxiliary posts, an acceptance and diagnostics area, a bodywork and painting area with a mix laboratory (paint preparation) were designed.
• Warehouse area - auto parts warehouses equipped with a rack system, as well as other storerooms for production needs.
• Administrative and amenity zone – there are sanitary and amenity premises of the service zone workers, a dining room, engineering and technical premises and other administrative premises.
• Trade and exhibition area - designed to accommodate the exhibition exposition of cars, spare parts, services.
• Parking area - open waiting areas.

The list and areas of the premises of the complex are determined in accordance with the norms of technological design, the arrangement of technological equipment with the provision of standard distances between them, as well as between vehicles and building structures. The layout of the process equipment is shown on the drawing of the TX brand.

Architectural and space-planning solutions

The designed car center building is two-storey, without a basement or an attic, rectangular in plan, with a protruding washing volume on the southeast side and a beveled corner on the northeast side. The dimensions in the axes are 78,0x36,0m. The height from ground level to the top of the parapet is 9,22 m. The maximum height to the top of the roof gas boiler on the roof is 12,52m. External walls - from sandwich panels with vertical cutting and factory painting. The basement is made of monolithic reinforced concrete with insulation and cladding with porcelain stoneware. Window fillings - aluminum profiles with single-chamber double-glazed windows. Stained-glass windows - aluminum profiles with single-chamber double-glazed windows, partially with opaque areas. Gates - lifting and sectional with wickets. Coating - combined - corrugated board on steel structures with mineral wool insulation. The roof is rolled, the drain is internal. On the first floor of the building, the following premises were designed: a lobby-exhibition hall with a wardrobe, a manager's room, cash desks, security, bathrooms; a locksmith's section with a unit repair room, a pantry, a sink; body area with a spray booth, paint preparation and storerooms; two warehouse premises, a washing zone, a water metering unit, an electrical panel room, a compressor room. The premises of the lobby-exhibition hall, metalwork and body sections are double-height. On the second floor there are: a hall with an open staircase, premises for administration and technical staff, a men's locker room with showers and toilets, a dining room, office space, a ventilation chamber. A modular boiler room is designed on the roof (above the ventilation chamber). The building is designed with staircases of type L1 (four-flight and two single-flight), two steel type 3 and two steel technological. There are awnings above the entrances. The flooring material is porcelain stoneware, baseless linoleum. Access for disabled people in wheelchairs is organized only in the exhibition hall on the ground floor. 

 Constructive decisions

Building responsibility level – II. The building was designed according to the frame structural scheme. The columns are designed with metal. The main pitch of the columns is 18x6 and 6x6 m. The columns are designed from I-beams 25K1 according to STO ASChM 20-93, the steel of the columns is C245. Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 145 mm from concrete B15 on a profiled sheet H75-750-0,8, laid on beams of I-beams 25K130K1 and 18B130B1 according to STO ASChM 20-93. All floor beams are designed from C245 steel. The outer walls are designed from 150 mm thick sandwich panels. Internal walls of staircases and fire compartments with a thickness of 250 mm are designed from solid bricks. Partitions with a thickness of 120 mm are designed from solid bricks and plasterboard sheets on a metal frame. Coating structures - from beams (I-beams 25B1 and 25K1 according to STO ASChM 20-93) and flat steel trusses, combined into a spatial structure. Trusses are designed from rolled bent-welded profiles (pipes) with sides of 100180 mm with a minimum wall thickness of 6 mm. Pipes are made in accordance with GOST 30245-2003 from C245 steel. Roofing - rolled, on a mineral wool insulation on a profiled sheet H75-750-0,8, laid on runs of I-beams 16B1 according to STO ASCHM 20-93. The project documentation provides for the construction of a metal platform for the installation of a roof modular boiler house. The beam cage is designed from I-beams 25B1 and 25K1 according to STO ASChM 20-93. Stairs - marches and platforms - are designed from steel and from monolithic reinforced concrete. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of vertical and horizontal connections, stiffening diaphragms, rigidity of the supporting nodes of columns with foundations and beams, and hard disks of floors. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out on a computer using the program Lira 9.6, Normcad, Kristall.
The foundations are taken on a natural basis columnar under the columns and tape under the walls. Concrete B15,W8, F200. A 100 mm thick concrete preparation is provided under the foundation. The calculation of the foundation is made manually according to the formulas of SNiP. The relative elevation of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +16.55 m. According to the report on engineering and geological surveys, the foundations are based on light silty loams with rare gravel, hard-plastic with φ=260, E=120kg/cm2. Estimated soil resistance of the base R=4,05kg/cm2, ground pressure p=1,44kg/cm2. The maximum level of groundwater near the day surface. The soils are moderately aggressive towards concrete of normal permeability in terms of the content of chlorides and sulfates. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the water resistance grade of concrete is W8. The expected average draft of the building is not more than ~ 3cm.
