Architectural and space-planning solutions

The car center building is rectangular in plan. It has dimensions of 13,05 x 57,6 m. In the central part in the axes 14 - 27 (complex shape) x A - K - 2-storey. The building is designed in a metal frame. The height of the building from the mark of the adjacent territory to the mark of the top of the parapet is 8,78 m. The floor height is 150 mm higher than the mark of the adjacent territory. Glass-aluminum structures are provided from aluminum profiles and single-chamber double-glazed windows - the inner glass is energy-saving. The plinth to a height of 120 cm is plastered with textured plaster with dark stone chips. The roof is designed as a roll of 1 layer of PVC membrane "Protan", insulation - "Rockwool" 160 mm thick. According to technological processes, the building includes premises of category A; B; IN; D. On the first and second floors of the salon, an exhibition room, a car pick-up area, a cash register are designed. In the TO and TR area - an acceptance area, a car wash, storage rooms, technical rooms, a car painting area, security. On the second floor there are amenity premises for workers and administrative premises. The interior decoration of the premises and the floors are provided depending on the functional purpose of the premises and in accordance with the Volkswagen concept, sanitary-hygienic, fire-prevention and operational requirements for its quality. Ceilings in public premises are suspended from GKL, in the exhibition room - a suspended ceiling of the Gaipel type. Floors in rooms with a "wet" mode are designed with waterproofing, wound up on the walls to a height of 300 mm. In the corridors, vestibules, on escape routes, in the exhibition room, the floor covering is designed from ceramic granite slabs with a rough surface. TZI linoleum is used as the top floor covering in dressing rooms, the master's room, and office premises. In technical rooms and warehouses - ceramic tiles, in ventilation chambers - a floating floor base and sound insulation of walls and floors.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level - II (normal). The building was designed according to the frame structural scheme and divided by expansion joints into 3 blocks. The spatial rigidity and stability of the blocks is ensured by the rigid connection of the columns with the foundation, the presence of vertical ties (in blocks 1 and 2) and stiffness cores formed by the walls of the stairwell (in block 3) and hard disks of the floor and cover. Frame columns - steel from rolled columned I-beams. Steel C245. The walls of the stairwells are made of hollow brick Ml50 on a mortar Ml00 with a thickness of 380 mm. Bearing structures of the roof - roof trusses with a span of 21,6 m, with a step of up to 5 m, from steel bent box-section profiles (S345 steel) and above the exhibition room, welded beams of the roof with a span of 20,0 m, with a step of 7,2 m, from welded I-beams 660 high mm (steel C255). Covering - profiled flooring on steel girders. The rigidity of the coating disk is provided by fastening to the corrugated board to the supporting structures of the coating and the presence of horizontal ties along the coating. Overlapping of built-in premises - slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete B22.5 on fixed formwork of profiled flooring with a total thickness of 200 mm on steel beams and girders. External walls - three-layer "sandwich" - panels 120 mm thick and stained-glass windows, with fastening to the frame columns and half-timbered elements.  The basement part of the outer wall is made of solid brick 250 mm thick with external insulation and subsequent plastering. Internal stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete. Structural analysis was performed using the SCAD 11.3 software package. The relative mark of 0,00 corresponds to the absolute mark of +17.90. The foundation is accepted as a shallow foundation on a natural base in the form of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 250 mm thick with ribs directed downwards 630 mm high and pits up to 2,3 m deep (the thickness of the walls and bottom of the pits is 200 mm) from monolithic reinforced concrete B25; W8; F100. The average pressure on the base does not exceed 7 t/m2. The depth of the foundation is higher than the depth of soil freezing. The project provides for measures to protect the soil from freezing. Under the foundation slabs, a device for crushed stone preparation 200 mm thick along a sand cushion with layer-by-layer compaction 700 mm thick is provided; under the ribs of the foundation slabs - concrete preparation 100 mm thick and with a layer of medium-grained sand 200 mm. The base of the foundations are semi-solid and hard loams, with gravel and pebbles up to 5-10%, with single boulders EGE-1 and EGE-2 (c=0,052 (0,076) MPa; E=14 (17) MPa; e=0,441 (0,390 ); f=22 (28) degrees). Estimated soil resistance of the base is 23,5 t/m2. The project provides for coating waterproofing of surfaces of concrete structures in contact with the ground. The expected draft does not exceed 15 mm. The building of the boiler house is designed in a steel frame made of rolled I-beams and box-section elements. External walls - three-layer "sandwich" - panels 100 mm thick. Covering - profiled flooring on steel girders. The spatial rigidity and stability of the boiler house building is ensured by the rigid coupling of the columns with the foundation, the rigidity of the columns and the hard disk of the coating. The foundation for the boiler house building was adopted on a natural basis in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 200 mm thick with a rib along the contour 400 mm high with pits up to 1,6 m deep. Concrete B25,W6, F150. The depth of the foundation is higher than the depth of soil freezing. Under the foundation slab, concrete preparation is provided for a sand cushion with layer-by-layer compaction 800 mm thick. The projected chimney is a 20,0-meter-high truss-type lattice tower with three gas exhaust shafts. The load-bearing tower is a spatial triangular vertical structure, consisting of steel box-shaped pipes with a section of 127x7 mm and a crate of 70x7 mm corners. Steel C255. An anti-corrosion coating of the steel structures of the carrier tower is provided. Gas exhaust shafts - three pipes with a diameter of 400 mm made of stainless steel with thermal insulation. Gas exhaust shafts are attached to the supporting spatial structure with a step of 1,0 m. The chimney is designed as a cantilever with rigid fixation into the foundation by means of anchor bolts. The foundation of the chimney structure is adopted on a natural basis, from monolithic reinforced concrete B25; W6; F150, detached, plan size 1,8x1,8 m, height 2,5 m. Relative elevation 0,00 corresponds to absolute elevation +17.65 m. W20; F6 50 mm thick. Depth of laying from the surface of the earth - 4,4 m.
