Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project documentation provides for the construction of a car dealership for the sale of cars with a pre-sales service area. The building of different number of storeys is two-storey in axes 1-7 / G-Zh, in other parts it is one-storey, complex in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 38 x 45 m. The level of the finished floor of the first floor of the building is taken as a conditional mark of 0.000. The height of the building from the planning ground level to the roof ridge is 9.87 m. On the first floor of the building there are: a demonstration zone, a zone for pre-sale preparation of cars, administrative and utility rooms for personnel, warehouse and engineering rooms. Administrative premises, ventilation chambers, storerooms and utility rooms are located on the second floor of the building. At the elevation of +5.00 m, an exploitable roof with an open parking lot is designed. For access to the second floor of the building, an internal open staircase and an external metal staircase are designed. A freight elevator is provided for lifting cars to the open parking lot. The roof is made of metal sheets with a polymer coating, inverted in part of the building, exploited. Covering - pitched, combined, in part of the building flat, combined. Gutter - external, organized with electric heating, internal in part of the building. Access to the roof is provided from the second floor of the building. Facades of the building - wall sandwich panels painted with polymer paints, decorative finishing with Alucobond type facing panels, stained-glass glazing on an aluminum profile. Filling of window openings - aluminum blocks with single-chamber double-glazed windows. Internal partitions, depending on the purpose of the premises, are designed from gypsum boards, gypsum boards on a metal frame, bricks, aerated concrete. Interior decoration is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. The design documentation provides for measures to ensure access of MGN to the 1st floor of the building to the customer service area: ramps and anti-slip coatings are designed for the movement of disabled people. All ways of movement of MGN are provided with timely submission of information about the danger in extreme situations. On the 1st floor of the building there is a restroom with a universal cabin for MGN.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II (normal). The structural system of the building is a full frame. The building is designed in the main volume as one-story, with a superstructure in the axes "A" - "Zh". The covering of the one-storey part is an operated car park. Frame columns - monolithic reinforced concrete with a section of 400x400 mm. The step of monolithic columns is 8 m x 8 m and 4 m x 5 m. Internal monolithic reinforced concrete walls (stiffness diaphragms) - 200 mm thick. The construction material is B30, W8, F50 class concrete. External enclosing walls - hinged wall panels of the "Sandwich" type, 150 mm thick. The coating is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete beam slab 150 mm thick made of class B30 concrete. The main beams are designed with a section height of 1100 mm, secondary beams - 600 mm and 900 mm. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building frame is ensured by the joint work of the columns, stiffening diaphragms and the hard disk of the coating. The superstructure is designed according to the frame structural system. Frame construction material - metal. Frame racks and main beams - I-beams according to STO ASChM 20-93 from steel grade C245. The roof beams of the double-height room are welded I-beams made of C245 sheet steel in accordance with GOST 19903-74 *. The spatial immutability of the superstructure is ensured by rigid junctions of metal structures with a reinforced concrete frame, a system of vertical ties and a hard disk of a profiled flooring, which is fastened with self-tapping screws in each wave. Stair structures - steps made of expanded metal flooring on metal corners with metal stringers. The spatial calculation of the building was carried out in the SCAD 11.3 software package, taking into account the influence of the compliance of the foundation. The maximum horizontal movement of the top of the building is 3.26 mm, the maximum draft is 25.4 mm, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The required fire resistance of reinforced concrete load-bearing structures is provided by an increased protective layer of concrete for working reinforcement. The foundation for the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete non-buried slab 400 mm thick made of concrete class B30, W8, F150. The slab is arranged according to concrete preparation with a thickness of 80 mm from concrete of class B7.5. The project provides for coating waterproofing of the side surface of the foundation slab. To protect against freezing around the perimeter of the foundation slab, a Penoplex type insulation 50 mm thick is laid. The design soil resistance of the base is 2.1 kg/cm2. The average pressure under the base of the foundation is 0.3kg/cm2. The relative mark of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute mark of +27.200. A sand and gravel pad is arranged under the foundation slab with a depth of 0.5 m into the bearing layer of soil. . EGE-3 has the following characteristics: =2о; ρ=3 t/m27; c=1.99 kg/cm3; E=0.02 kg/cm2. EGE-120 has the following characteristics: =2о; ρ=2t/m22; c=2.03kg/cm3; E=0.07kg/cm2.
