SPACE-PLANNING SOLUTIONS

The external and internal appearance of the building is determined by technological solutions, placement on the master plan, as well as the existing urban development situation, the climatic conditions of the construction area and are resolved in the style of rational architecture. The building consists of two rectangular-shaped volumes interlocked into a single whole, which practically do not differ in height. A higher and more complex block of demonstration and service premises, oriented to the main highway, adjoins the production block, which is elongated in the longitudinal direction. The internal space combines a showroom and service premises, production premises grouped by types of processes, based on production technology, and a built-in group of administrative and amenity premises. The premises, based on the categories of fire danger, are separated by fire barriers. The dealer center building of complex configuration with axial dimensions in terms of 80,6 x 21,0 m consists of two blocks. The block in axes 1-6 and A-M is one-two-storey, heated, with dimensions in axes 20,6x26,0, height up to the top of the parapet +8,24 m. The floors are connected by an open staircase. The block in axes 6-17 and V-M is one-two-storey, heated, with dimensions in axes 60,0x21,0m, height up to the top of the parapet +7,74 m. The floors are connected by three stairwells. The roofs of the volumes are low-slope with an internal organized drainage system (with the exception of the roof of the entrance vestibule, where the drain is organized externally). The roofing of the building is designed using modern welded materials such as "Technoelast" and effective heat-insulating mineral wool boards RUF BATTS. As a covering of the vestibule, “sandwich panels” of element-by-element assembly were used. Skylights are also used in the lighting and smoke removal coating. As the enclosing structures of the walls and the covering of the vestibule, mainly such effective structures as light "sandwich panels" with steel sheathing with a factory coating with "PURAL" polymer and "sandwich panels" of element-by-element assembly with the device of ventilated facades with cladding with steel modules were used. "Armax concerto", the surfaces of which have a high-quality factory finishing and corrosion-resistant coating and make it possible to ensure durability and a wide palette of colors for building facades and the aesthetics of their external and internal appearance. Brick sections of the walls are insulated from the outside with "sandwich panels". The brick plinth is insulated with expanded polystyrene plates plastered with lime-cement plaster. Windows, stained-glass windows, sections of glass facades and skylights in the coating - a profile hinged glass facade and rooflights from TATPROF with an aluminum frame and filling with single-chamber double-glazed windows with a solid selective energy-saving coating of the inner glass. Doors - wooden with fine wood veneer, blind and glazed, laminated, metal-plastic, metal insulated, metal fireproof, glass, standard and individual special. Gates - metal lifting-section deaf and glazed, insulated with wickets. The applied enclosing structures have the appropriate certificates. Color scheme - according to the drawing 70.2-2011-AR l.2 Responsibility level - II (normal), GOST 27751-88 rev.1; Based on the characteristics of structural elements, the building has: In axes 1-5 / A-M (within the first fire compartment): - degree of fire resistance - II (Table 21, Article 87); - constructive hazard class - C0 (Table 22); - functional fire hazard class - F3,1 (Art. 32); In axes 6-17 / A-M (within the second fire compartment): - degree of fire resistance III (Table 21, Article 87); - constructive fire hazard class - C0 (Table 22 - functional fire hazard class - F5.1 (Art. 32) - category for explosion and fire hazard - B according to SP 12.13130.2009; Building area of ​​the building - 1864,3 m2; Total area - 13581,2 m2; The construction volume of the building is 17755,5 m3.

VOLUMETRIC AND SPACE AND ARCHITECTURAL AND ARTISTIC SOLUTIONS

The building as a whole consists of two rectangular-shaped volumes interlocked into a single whole. Extended longitudinally elongated one-two-storey volume of industrial purpose from the side of the axis 6 adjoins, elongated in the transverse direction, one-two-storey, more complex volumetric-spatial composition, approximately equal in height to the volume of public use. Planning structure of floors of combined type (combination of free planning with grouping of premises according to functional zoning and corridor type planning). The internal free space of the demonstration and trading block includes an open tier of the second floor (elev. +3,420 m), connected by an open staircase with the first floor. In the demo-trading block (in axes 1-6 and A-M): - on the first floor (elev. 0,000) there is a showroom with auxiliary premises; - on the second floor (elev. +3,420 m) - premises for specialists and an open balustrade. The internal space of the production unit combines a number of double-height rooms and built-in rooms on the second floor. The floors are vertically interconnected by two stairwells with exits to them from the second floor from the corridor. In the production block in axes 6-17 between axes B-M: - on the ground floor (elev. 0,000) m there are industrial premises of categories "D", "B1", "B2": a repair area, car washes, a car delivery room, a direct acceptance room, storerooms, a cleaning plant room, warehouses, workshops, an electrical panel room, heat point, bathrooms and premises of technical personnel; - on the second floor (elev. +3,420 m): administrative and office premises, household (cloakrooms, showers, bathrooms, a dining room), pre-preparation, service premises, ventilation chambers, compressor room. The project takes into account the requirements necessary to create comfortable conditions for potential visitors from people with limited mobility, the presence among the staff working in the building and belonging to these groups is not provided.
