The projected automatic filling station for 250 fillings per day with underground tanks is designed to refuel passenger cars with gasoline: AI-95B, AI-95, A-92 and diesel fuel. The operation of the gas station is designed in automatic mode without the presence of personnel. This block-type gas station is designed for refueling cars. This gas station sells three grades of gasoline AI-92, AI-95, AI-95, Brand and diesel fuel (DF). The gas station delivers fuel around the clock throughout the year. Refueling of cars is carried out using two four-product fuel dispensers (TRK) model Quantium Tokheim 510T 4-8 suction type. Fuel is stored in two two-section (20+30) and (15+35) m³ double-walled horizontal steel tanks. To meet environmental requirements, the project provides for the return of the vapor phase of the fuel from the fuel tank to the tank (the use of fuel dispensers with gas return), the control of the tightness of fuel tanks, the installation of automatically controlled solenoid valves to prevent overflow of fuel tanks, the return of the vapor phase to the tanker when filling the tanks, alarm systems, as well as a number of other technical solutions. Also of great importance is the fulfillment of fire safety requirements. The developed design solutions fully comply with the requirements of NPB 111-98*, Rules for the technical operation of gas stations RD 153-39.2-080-01. Technological solutions involve the use of devices that reduce the fire hazard: the electrical equipment and instrumentation used are explosion-proof; automatically controlled solenoid valves provided in the drain well prevent fuel overflow when draining and stop filling the tank when the 95% level is reached; continuous monitoring of the concentration of fuel vapors in the shafts of fuel tanks is carried out;

Architectural and space-planning solutions

The designed gas station building is a one-story building with a maximum plan size of 6,15 x 3,22 m and a height of 3,2 m from the ground level to the top of the parapet. The project documentation in the building provides for the placement of: premises for registration equipment, an electrical panel room, a maintenance room for ITAT and ITSO, a utility room and a room for cleaning equipment. The roofing of the building is flat, the roof is rolled on sandwich panels, the exterior finish is factory-painted sandwich panels.

Кconstructive and space-planning solutions

Responsibility level – II, normal. The gas station building is framed with hinged fastening of the crossbars to the columns and rigid fixing of the columns in the foundations. The half-timbered columns and posts are designed from bent-welded square profiles, the beams and roof girders are made from rolled I-beams and channels. The material of the steel elements is C245 steel. The outer walls of the building are hinged sandwich panels 150 mm thick. Covering - roofing sandwich panels 150 mm thick. The spatial rigidity and stability of the gas station building is ensured by rigid pinching of columns in the foundations in two directions and by a hard disk of the cover. The rigidity of the coating is provided by the horizontal bonds of the coating. The canopy over the fuel dispenser is designed according to the frame scheme. The column spacing is 8,9 m, the maximum reach of the consoles is 5,25 m. Columns - from steel square profiles with a section of 250 x 8 mm, beams and girders - from rolled profiles. The covering of the canopy is made of profiled flooring, along the runs with a step of 1,35 - 2,3 m. The fastening of the covering beams to the columns and the runs to the beams is hinged. The rigidity of the coating disc is ensured by the frequent fastening of the steel corrugated board to the steel girders with self-tapping bolts, and the connection of the profiled deck sheets to each other with combined rivets. The spatial rigidity and stability of the canopy is ensured by pinching the columns into the foundations, the hard disk of the roof and the spatial lattice of the roof elements. The calculation of building structures was carried out using the SCAD 11.3 and Foundation 6 programs. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 20.05. The foundations are designed on the basis of engineering and geological survey data. The foundation for the gas station building is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 200 mm thick. Under the foundation, concrete preparation is provided from concrete of class B 7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm, crushed stone preparation with a thickness of 100 mm, replacement of bulk soil with a sand cushion 600 mm high from medium-grained sand with layer-by-layer compaction. The underlying layer is solid sandy loam (EGE-3). The expected draft is 0,1 cm. Protection against freezing of soils at the base of the slab is provided with Penoplex insulation 50 mm thick. The foundation material for the gas station building is concrete of class B20, W6, F50, reinforcement of class A 500C. The columns of the canopy are supported by the structures of the portal of the underground reservoir, which are installed on monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slabs with a thickness of 500 mm. The depth of the slabs is 5,05 m. Under the foundations, sand preparation is provided from medium-grained sand 300 mm thick with layer-by-layer compaction. At the base of the sand cushion - fluid sandy loam (EGE-5). The material of the foundation slabs is concrete of class B20, W6, F50, reinforcement of class A500C. The foundations for the rest of the site structures are taken from monolithic reinforced concrete of class B15, W6, F50, shallow.
