Architectural and space-planning solutions

 The control building of the designed gas station is the main structure on the site and is adjacent directly to the area of ​​fuel dispensers (TRK). The canopy over the fuel dispenser covers the area of ​​the main entrance to the control room, which is due to the need to protect gas station customers from precipitation. The facades of the control room building, the canopy over the fuel dispenser, the portals of the fuel dispenser are designed in the same style approved for the gas filling station. The control room building is rectangular in plan with dimensions in the axes of 12,0 x 20,0 m, the height of the floor when clear (up to the false ceiling) is 3,0 - 3,3 m. The building includes the following functional groups of premises: (sales area with an operator's area, storerooms for food and non-food products, a cold store); premises of the office group (office, tanker premises, staff room); a group of cafe premises (a cafe hall combined with a trading floor, storerooms and utility rooms); sanitary facilities (bathrooms, a room for drying clothes, a shower room); engineering and technical premises (electric switchboard, water metering unit). The control rooms belonging to different categories according to the functional fire hazard are separated by fireproof partitions. The outer fencing of the building is made of 150 mm thick sandwich panels of Petropanel CJSC with A-BOND aluminum panels cladding. The roof is flat, combined, with an internal heated drain. The covering is a roofing carpet made of two layers of Uniflex isoplast. Windows - aluminum, with double-glazed windows and filling with anti-shock film. Entrance doors - steel deaf and glass sliding. Measures are envisaged to provide services for people with limited mobility. The canopy over the shopping center is framed, with an area of ​​424,32 sq.m., with a height from the mark of the carriageway to the bottom of the protruding structures of 4,8 m. The roof of the canopy is flat, combined, with an internal heated drain. Coating - galvanized steel, profiled.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The building of the gas station operator with a height of 4.45 m. Level of responsibility – II. The building was designed according to the frame structural scheme. External walls - hinged sandwich panels 150 mm thick. Curtain walls are attached to the frame with self-tapping screws d 6,3 mm. Columns - steel, from bent closed square pipes, section 140 x 6 in accordance with GOST 30245-2003. The main column spacing is up to 5,6 x 12,0 m. Beams are steel I-beams 35Sh2 according to STO ASCHM20-93 and channel 30P according to GOST 8240-97, secondary beams channel 14P, S245. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the rigidity of the supporting nodes of the columns and the hard disk of the coating. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out on a computer using the SCAD 11.3 program, Kristall. The foundation for the building is a shallow monolithic reinforced concrete ribbed slab with a thickness of 300 - 500 mm. Concrete B20, W6, F75. Under the slab, crushed stone preparation is provided, shed with hot bitumen, 250 mm thick. Coating of side surfaces with bitumen is provided. At the base of the foundations there is a sand cushion 1,3 m thick, compacted in layers, kу = 0,96. The normative depth of soil freezing is 1,45 m. The project provides for protection against freezing of soils at the base of the slab with Penoplex insulation 80 mm thick. The calculation of the foundation was carried out on a computer using the "Request" program. The canopy is designed according to the frame scheme. Columns - from bent-welded square profiles. The pitch of the columns is 9,0 x 2,50 m, the maximum overhang of the cantilevers is 3,2 m. The rigidity of the covering disc is ensured by the rigid fastening of the profiled flooring to the girders. The spatial rigidity and stability of the canopy is provided by pinching the columns into the foundations, the hard disk of the cover. The canopy foundations are free-standing reinforced concrete columnar foundations with plan dimensions of 1500x5200 mm. Concrete B20, W6, F75. The foundation for the fuel tanks is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 300 mm thick with embedded parts for fixing the tanks, the laying depth is ~ 4,50 m from the planning level. The foundations are made on concrete preparation 80 mm and a layer of crushed stone 150 mm. The building of the pumping station and diesel-generator is designed according to the frame scheme. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the rigidity of the supporting nodes of the columns and joint work with the hard disk of the coating. The foundations for the building are monolithic reinforced concrete columnar shallow foundations, united by a 150 mm thick slab, reinforced in the upper and lower zones. Concrete B20, W6, F75. Concrete preparation 80 mm thick. At the base of the foundations, a sand cushion 1,3 m thick, compacted in layers, kу = 0,96. The relative elevation of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +33,550 m. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the foundations are based on silty sandy loam with nests of silty wet sands, R=2,5 kg/cm2. Ground waters were not found during the survey period, the appearance of ground waters of the perch type is possible.
