Gas station. Project documentation without estimates and results of engineering surveys for the reconstruction of a gas station
The construction organization project provides for the organization of work on the reconstruction of a gas station (gas station) for 500 gas stations per day. During the preparatory period, work is being carried out to dismantle buildings and structures of the current gas station, as well as work to protect electrical cables and two water conduits.

Architectural and space-planning solutions

The gas station being reconstructed is a building of a rectangular configuration with dimensions in the extreme axes of 9,66 mx 14,76 m, with a canopy with a plan size of 32,44 mx7,84 m. The filling station includes a gas station building (service maintenance), three fuel dispensers for refueling cars and a canopy over the fuel dispenser. The gas station building is one-story, the height from ground level to the parapet is 4,5 m. A canopy over the fuel dispenser with a height of 5,23 m from ground level to the parapet is designed to protect against atmospheric precipitation and illuminate the car filling area. The filling station building has been designed with: a customer service area, including a cafeteria and a related goods store, administrative and amenity premises and engineering and technical premises. The roof is rolled, the covering is flat, the drain is internal with electrically heated funnels. Access to the roof is provided by an external fire escape. The facades of the building are made of sandwich panels on a metal frame, with elements of stained glass single-chamber glazing. Doors external - metal warmed. Internal partitions, depending on the purpose of the premises, are designed from GKL, GKLV, GKLO on a metal frame. Interior decoration is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. Canopy over the fuel dispenser - from steel galvanized profiled sheets with a polymer coating on a metal frame. Finishing material - metal cassettes like Liberta with polymer coating. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure the access of MGN to the filling area of cars and to the customer service area of the gas station building: ramps are provided for elevation changes, anti-slip coating on the paths of the disabled. All MGN movement paths are equipped with systems that provide timely submission of information about the danger in extreme situations. The building is equipped with a universal cabin designed for the use of MGN.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The filling station building is designed as one-storey, rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the axes of 14,76x9,66m. The height of the building is assumed to be 4,50 m from the planning level to the top of the parapet. The canopy over the fuel dispensers is assumed to be rectangular in plan, 32,44x7,84 m in size and 5,23 m high from the planning level to the top of the parapet. Tanks for fuel are taken as underground horizontal steel double-walled tanks 40m3 +40m3 +30m3 +30m3+30m3. The gas station building was designed according to a single-span frame structural scheme. The pitch of the columns in the axes is (2,23 + 3,81 + 3,18 + 3,31 + 2,23) x 9,66 m. Frame columns are made of steel closed welded rectangular profiles according to GOST 30245-2003. The fastening of the columns to the foundation is provided rigid. The roof beams are designed from rolled steel I-beams according to STO ASCHM 20-93 and from rolled steel channels according to GOST 8240-97. The fastening of the covering beams to the columns and between each other is provided by a hinge. The covering of the gas station building is designed from steel galvanized profiled flooring H75-750-0,8 on metal beams. Fastening sheets of corrugated board to the beams is provided by self-tapping bolts on all supports in each wave. Between themselves, the sheets are fastened with combined rivets with a pitch of 300 mm. Spatial rigidity and stability of the gas station building are ensured by the joint work of columns fixed in the foundation slab, as well as by the hard disk of the coating. The outer walls of the gas station building are made of hinged insulated panels of the "Sandwich" type, fastened to the frame columns with self-tapping screws with a pitch of 300 mm. The foundation for the gas station building is designed in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab on a natural base made of concrete of class B20 for strength, grades W6 for water resistance and F150 for frost resistance, 180 mm thick with longitudinal and transverse ribs 650 mm high along the outer contour of the slab. Under the foundation slab there is a cushion of compacted sand of medium size with a thickness of 2800mm. For a relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the finished floor of the gas station building is taken, corresponding to the absolute mark of +2,880m in the Baltic system of heights. The canopy over the fuel dispensers is designed according to the frame structural scheme. The frame consists of three T-shaped metal frames on which the coating runs are installed. The canopy frame columns above the fuel and distribution center are taken with a step of 9,195 m from steel columned I-beams according to STO ASChM 20-93, on which metal cantilever beams and girders are rigidly supported according to STO ASChM 20-93, united by galvanized steel profiled sheets H75-750-0,8 according to GOST 24045-94. Fastening sheets of corrugated board to the purlins is provided by self-tapping bolts on all supports in each wave. Between themselves, the sheets are fastened with combined rivets with a pitch of 300 mm. The spatial rigidity and stability of the canopy structures is ensured by the rigidity of the columns fixed in the foundations, as well as the rigidity of the roof disk. The calculation of the load-bearing structures of the canopy was performed using the SCAD 11.1 design and computer complex without taking into account the joint action of the “structure-foundation-foundation” system. The foundation for the canopy columns and fuel tanks is designed in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab measuring 28,845x7,850x0,6m with under-columns measuring 1,0x1,0m made of concrete of class B20 for strength, grades W6 for water resistance and F150 for frost resistance. Under the foundations of the canopy, the project provides for the preparation of compacted sand of medium size with a thickness of 100 mm. In accordance with the “Technical report on engineering and geological surveys carried out for the reconstruction of gas stations ...”, the base of the sand cushion under the foundation slab of the gas station building, the foundations of the canopy and fuel tanks are dusty gray sands saturated with water mixed with organic substances with the following design characteristics (EGE-1): ρ=1,93g/cm³, e=0,750, φ=26°, c=0,02kg/cm², E=110kg/cm². The normative depth of seasonal freezing of bulk soils (IGE-1) and silty sands (IGE-2) is 1,39 m. During the period of drilling operations, groundwater was opened at a depth of 2,70 m. During periods of rain and snowmelt, groundwater may appear at a depth of about 0,50 m from the day surface. Groundwater is slightly aggressive towards W4 concrete.
