Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project documentation provides for the construction of a stationary gas station with a service building and a canopy over fuel dispensers. The service building and the canopy over the fuel dispensers are the components of the filling station complex, designed for refueling cars and trucks, as well as servicing drivers and passengers. The service building is a one-story, frame-type building, without a basement or an attic, rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 18,10 x 12,08 m. The greatest height of the vertical plane of the facade from the planning ground level (-0,200 m) to the top of the parapet is plus 4,30 m. The height of the premises to the bottom of the suspended ceilings is 2,5 m, 2,70 m, 3,00 m. The mark of the clean floor of the building is taken as a relative mark of 0,000. The building houses: a store with a refrigerator and freezer and a fast food area, an office, a service room, rest and administrator rooms, an electrical control room, bathrooms for staff and visitors, utility rooms, a water meter, a wardrobe for staff, a dining room, storerooms. The main entrance to the building is designed from the side of the main facade. The second entrance is from the rear facade. Service entrances - from the side and rear facades. The main facade of the building is oriented towards the territory of the station. The stained-glass window occupies the main area of ​​the main facade. The frame is metal. Walls - "sandwich"-panels 150 mm thick with mineral wool filling and facing layer 120 mm thick made of bricks. Partitions - from plasterboard sheets on a metal frame with mineral wool filling, 98 mm and 125 mm thick, in a simple and moisture-resistant design. Stained-glass window, stained-glass windows and doors - aluminum profiles filled with double-glazed windows, with anti-shock film. Window blocks - aluminum profiles filled with double-glazed windows with anti-vandal coating. Doors - metal, metal-plastic and wooden, in accordance with GOST, and individual production, in the usual and fire-resistant design. The roof is flat, combined, insulated, with a roof made of rolled materials (the top layer is with gravel protection) over a profiled steel sheet covering over girders and beams. The drain is internal. The decoration of the walls of the facades is designed from bricks of the front light brown color with the laying of the masonry joints. Finishing of the plinth - from facing metal facade panels with a silver polymer coating. Stained glass, window and door blocks, bindings, frames, plums and fittings are silver. The interior decoration of the premises and the floors are designed in accordance with the purpose of the premises: floors - cement-concrete with epoxy coating, ceramic tiles, linoleum; internal lining of external ones - from GKL and GKLV, followed by painting with water-based paint or facing with ceramic tiles, or wallpapering; suspended ceilings - type "Ecophon" and slatted; hemmed ceilings - from GKL sheets with water-based coloring. The building's external enclosing structures are adopted on the basis of thermal engineering calculations and comply with the requirements of SNiP 23-02-2003. Premises with permanent residence of people are designed with natural light. The canopy is designed over the fuel dispensers and over the space between the service building and the fuel dispensers. The canopy over the fuel dispensers is a modular-frame structure, the rectangular projection of which has a plan size of 26,20 x 7,80 m. The maximum height from the ground level (-0,200 m) to the top of the roof is 5,70 m. For a relative mark of 0.000, the mark of the clean floor of the building is taken. The connecting canopy between the service building and the fuel dispensing islands is a frame-type structure, the rectangular projection of which has a plan size of 11,37 x 11,10 m. The frame is metal. The roof is flat, with corrugated steel sheet roofing over girders and beams. The drain is internal. Covering under the canopy - concrete non-sparking and oil and petrol resistant tiles. The finishing material is a smooth metal sheet with a polymer coating. Measures are envisaged to ensure the accessibility of the building and facilities for people with limited mobility. Evacuation entrances and exits to the building are equipped with a ramp. The ramps have a width of at least 1,20 m, the slope is within 5%, the surface is hard, non-slip. Doorways do not have thresholds. The width of the door panels is assumed to be at least 0,9 m.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

The frame of the gas station building was designed according to the frame-braced structural scheme in the form of three longitudinal frames with an irregular column spacing. Roof beams with spans of 3,0 m and 9,22 m are supported on the crossbars of the longitudinal frames at the same level with a step of 2,86 m. The fastening of all columns to the foundation slab is provided rigid. The roof beams are designed from rolled steel I-beams according to STO ASCHM 20-93. The fastening of the covering beams to the columns is provided by hinges. Covering of the gas station building is made of galvanized steel profiled flooring in accordance with GOST 24045-94 on metal beams. Fastening sheets of corrugated board to the purlins is provided by self-tapping bolts on all supports in each wave. The sheets are fastened together with combined rivets with a pitch of 300 mm. Vertical braces of the frame are taken from bent-welded square sections according to GOST 30245-2003. The spatial rigidity and stability of the filling station building are provided by the rigidity of the columns fixed in the foundations, as well as by the vertical bracing and the hard disk of the cover. The outer walls of the gas station building are made of hinged insulated panels of the “Sandwich” type, fastened to the frame columns and half-timbered racks using self-tapping screws. The load-bearing structures of the gas station building were calculated using the SCAD 11.1 design and computer complex without taking into account the joint action of the “building-foundation-foundation” system. The foundation for the gas station building is designed on a cushion of medium-sized sand 500 mm thick with a compaction coefficient Ku=0,95 in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab made of concrete class B20, grades W6 and F100 200 mm thick with longitudinal and transverse ribs 660 mm high to support the racks frame. Under the foundation slab, a preparation of class B7,5 concrete with a thickness of 100 mm is provided. For a relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the finished floor of the gas station building is taken, corresponding to the absolute mark of 16.61 in the Baltic height system. The canopy over the fuel dispensers and the transition to the gas station building is designed according to the frame structural scheme and is rigidly supported by the bases of the columns on free-standing foundations. The canopy frame is based on three T-shaped frames with cantilevered outlets of crossbars 3,9 m long. the coating is based on beams and girders of an I-section according to STO ASChM 406-10 and horizontal ties, united by galvanized steel profiled sheets H1070-91-20 according to GOST 93-75. Fastening sheets of corrugated board to the purlins is provided by self-tapping screws in each wave.
