Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project documentation provides for the construction of a stationary filling station with a service building and a canopy over fuel dispensers (TRK). The service building is one-story, rectangular in plan with dimensions in the extreme axes of 18,84 x 12,43 m. The height from ground level to the top of the parapet is 4,3 m. The height of the premises to the bottom of suspended ceilings is 2,5 3,0 m For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor is taken, corresponding to the absolute mark of 18.25. At the level of 0,000, the following functional groups of premises are designed: premises of the trading part (sales area with an operator's area, storerooms for food and non-food products, refrigeration and freezing chambers); premises of the office group (premises of the gas station manager, office space, staff wardrobe, staff dining room); sanitary and amenity premises (bathrooms for visitors (including for MGN), a bathroom for staff with a shower, a storage room for cleaning equipment); engineering and technical premises (electric switchboard, water metering unit). The coating is flat on corrugated board with an internal drain and electric heating of the funnel. Roofing - rolled (Uniflex 2 layers). Wall fencing of the building - three-layer sandwich panels 150 mm thick to the frame with thermal insulation and facing with fiber cement boards. Partitions - GKL, GKLV, GKLO on a frame with a heat and sound insulating layer of mineral wool boards, including fireproof ones with a fire resistance limit of EI45 with a thickness of 98 and 125 mm. The interior decoration of the premises and floors are designed in accordance with the purpose of the premises: floors - ceramic granite slabs; Withshadows and partitions - pasting with glass wallpaper, painting with water-based paints, ceramic tiles; ceilings - suspended, acoustic plate 600 x 600 mm, plasterboard, plasterboard, aluminum rack. Window blocks and stained-glass windows - aluminum profile with double-glazed windows and anti-shock film. The canopy over the fuel dispensers is designed at a distance of 10,335 m from the facade of the service building. The location of the fuel dispenser is between the columns of the canopy. The canopy is a frame-type structure, the rectangular projection of which has a size in terms of 26,2 x 8,8 m. The height from ground level to the top of the roof is 5,7 m. The coating is flat on metal structures. Roof - profiled steel sheet. Downspouts are designed inside three columns supporting the canopy and are completed with a full height electrical heating system. Facing the frieze - metal facade panels with a polymer coating. Suspended ceiling - metal sheet with a polymer coating. Columns - round section, without facing, with powder coloring. The sides of the dispenser islands are made of stainless steel. Measures are envisaged to ensure the accessibility of the building and facilities for people with limited mobility. The evacuation entrance and exit to the service building is equipped with a ramp. The coating is hard, non-slip. Doorways do not have thresholds. The width of the door leaves is assumed to be at least 0,9 m. Glazed door leaves - with anti-shock filling. At the intersection of the sidewalk with the carriageway, a lowered curb with a height of not more than 4 cm is provided. For personal vehicles of the disabled, places are reserved in the open parking lot.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The control room and shed buildings are designed in a steel frame. Level of responsibility – II. The spatial immutability of the frame of the control room is ensured by the joint work of the columns, rigidly fixed in the foundation, and the hard disk of the cover. The node supporting the roof beams on the columns is hinged. The rigidity of the coating disc is ensured by fastening the corrugated board to the girders in each wave on the extreme spans and through the wave on the middle spans. The sections of the main load-bearing structures of the frame were adopted: columns - square pipes according to GOST 30245-2003 from steel C255; roof beams - I-beam according to STO ASCHM 20-93 from steel C245, roof decking - H75-750-0.8 according to GOST 24045-94. As external enclosing walls, hinged wall panels of the “Sandwich” type 150 mm thick are used, the coating is corrugated board, laid directly on the upper belts of the coating beams. A fachwerk system has been developed for fixing wall panels. The foundation for the control room building is a non-buried monolithic reinforced concrete slab 150 mm thick, with monolithic beams along the contour and under columns 550 mm high, made of B20, W4, F50 class concrete. Under the foundation slab, a complete selection of bulk soil is made, followed by the installation of an artificial foundation. To prevent freezing of the foundation slabs, they are insulated with foam boards. The average pressure under the sole of the foundation slab will be 0,198 kg/cm2. The design soil resistance of the base is 2,53 kg/cm2. The spatial invariability of the canopy frame is ensured by the joint operation of the columns, which have a rigid support unit on the foundation, and a hard disk of the profiled flooring, which is fastened with self-tapping screws in each wave. The main roof beams are pivotally supported by columns. Columns - pipes according to GOST 10704-91, canopy beams are designed from I-beams according to STO ASChM 20-93 from steel C245, corrugated board - H75-750-0.8 according to GOST 24045-94. The foundations for the canopy columns are monolithic reinforced concrete columnar foundations made of concrete B20, W4, F150. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the canopy foundation is the EGE-1 layer - refractory loams with semi-solid interlayers, which has the following characteristics: ρн=2.01 t/m3; e=0,696; Сn=0,31 kg/cm2; E=120 kg/cm2. The average pressure under the base of the foundation is 1,05 kg/cm2, the design soil resistance of the base is 2,45 kg/cm2. Expected draft - 1,7 see. The foundations of underground tanks are taken on a natural basis in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 400 mm thick, concrete B20, W4, F50. The basis for the foundations for the tanks is the EGE-1 layer. The design of the foundations provides stability against ascent. The project documentation provides for coating waterproofing of the outer faces of the foundations in contact with the ground. The calculation of the main load-bearing structures was performed using the SCAD software package version R11.3. The maximum horizontal movement of the canopy frame is 13 mm. The displacements and deflections obtained as a result of the spatial calculation of the building frame do not exceed the maximum allowable values.
