Architectural and space-planning solutions

The filling station includes: an operator building, an automatic car wash, three fuel dispensers for refueling cars with a canopy over the fuel dispenser, 1 separate fuel dispenser, a transitional canopy, an AC platform, 4 fuel tanks with a volume of 50 (25 + 25) m³, and an emergency drain tank with a volume of 10 m³. The types of fuel used at gas stations are DT, AI - 92, AI - 95, AI 98. The control room building (hereinafter referred to as the building) is rectangular in plan with dimensions in the extreme axes of 13,00 x 23,10 m, with an attached automatic car wash for cars with dimensions in the extreme axes of 5,40 x 12,00 m. The building is one-story, the height from the ground level to the parapet is 4,25 m, the height to the level of the automatic car wash parapet is 5,15 m. which corresponds to an absolute mark of 0,000 in BSC. A canopy over the fuel dispenser with overall dimensions of 3,75 x 8,80 m - a height of 26,20 m from ground level to the top of the parapet, is designed to protect against atmospheric precipitation and illuminate the car filling area. A transitional canopy with overall dimensions of 5,6 x 10,80 and a height of 10,00 m was designed between the canopy above the fuel dispenser and the building. staff quarters and engineering facilities. Roofing - rolled, covering - flat. Gutter - internal with electrically heated funnels, from the car wash building - outdoor organized. Access to the roof is provided by an external fire escape. The facades of the building are made of sandwich panels on a steel frame, lined with bricks, with elements of stained-glass double-chamber glazing. Facades of the attached automatic car wash made of aerated concrete blocks with facade cassettes made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating. External doors - metal, anodized aluminum, glazed, insulated. Internal partitions are designed from glass-magnesite sheets (GML) on a metal frame. Interior decoration is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. Canopy over the fuel dispenser - from steel galvanized profiled sheets with a polymer coating on a metal frame. Finishing material - metal panels with a polymer coating. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure the access of MGN to the filling station of cars and to the customer service area of the building: ramps are provided for elevation changes, anti-slip coating on the paths of the disabled. All ways of movement of MGN are provided with timely submission of information about the danger in extreme situations. The building is equipped with a universal sanitary cabin MGN.

Structural and space-planning solutions

In the structural section, the building of the operator's office and car wash, a canopy over the fuel dispenser, combined with a transitional canopy, and foundations for fuel storage tanks and on-site structures were designed. Responsibility level – II, normal. The control room and car wash buildings are framed with crossbars hinged to the columns and the columns are rigidly fixed in the foundations. The half-timbered columns and posts are designed from bent-welded square profiles, the beams are made from rolled I-beams and channels. The outer walls of the control room are hinged sandwich panels 120 mm thick, fastened to the timber frame with self-tapping screws. The outer walls of the car wash are made of aerated concrete blocks of class B2,5, F50, 250 mm thick with an outer cladding. The load-bearing structures of the pavement are designed from profiled flooring laid along the upper chords of the pavement beams. Spatial rigidity and stability of the building of the control room and washing is ensured by rigid pinching of the columns in the foundations and the hard disk of the cover. The rigidity of the coating is ensured by fastening the steel corrugated board to the steel girders with self-tapping bolts, and connecting the corrugated board sheets together with combined rivets. The canopy over the fuel dispenser is designed according to the frame scheme. The column spacing is 9,0 m, the maximum outreach of the cantilevers is 3,9 m. Columns - from steel pipes with a diameter of 402 x 10 mm, beams and girders - from rolled profiles. The roofing of the canopy is made of profiled flooring, along the girders with a step of 1,2 m. The fastening of the covering beams to the columns is rigid, the purlins to the beams are articulated. The spatial rigidity and stability of the canopy is ensured by pinching the columns into the foundations and the rigidity of the covering disc. The structures of the transitional canopy are designed according to the beam scheme with a profiled flooring coating. Beams made of rolled channels are hinged on the steel structures of the control room building and the canopy above the fuel dispenser. The calculation of building structures was performed using the Lira program version 9.4, "Foundation" version 12.2. The relative mark of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 3,750. Engineering and geological surveys at the construction site have been completed. The foundation for the building of the operator room and car wash is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 400 mm thick with underpillars 680 mm high and ribs 300 mm wide for the walls of the car wash. Under the foundations, it is planned to replace the bulk soil with a sand cushion 2,6 m high from medium-grained sand with layer-by-layer compaction, R = 2,5 kgf / cm², the average pressure on the foundation soil is 0,59 kgf / cm². The foundations for the columns of the canopy above the fuel dispenser are monolithic reinforced concrete free-standing columnar foundations with anchor bolts for attaching the columns. Under the foundations, it is planned to replace the bulk soil with a sand cushion 2,1 m high from medium-grained sand with layer-by-layer compaction. Expected draft 0,8 cm. The foundations for the fuel tanks are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 400 mm thick, with a laying depth of 4,8 m from the planning level. Under the foundations, a device for crushed stone preparation with a thickness of 300 mm is provided. At the base of the foundations, the EGE-3 layer is plastic sandy loam, with fluid interlayers. The stability of the tanks against ascent is ensured. The foundations for the rest of the site structures are taken from monolithic reinforced concrete, shallow. The material of all foundations is concrete of class B15, W8, F50, reinforcement of class A III. The maximum groundwater level is expected at a depth of 0,5 m from the ground surface. Groundwater is moderately aggressive in terms of the content of aggressive carbon dioxide in relation to concrete of normal permeability.
