Architectural and space-planning solutions
The designed automatic filling station consists of a service block building, two fuel dispensers under a separate canopy and other technological facilities. The building of the service block is one-storey, without a basement, heated. Dimensions in axes - 3,5 x 5,0 m, overall dimensions - 4,4 x 5,8 m. Height from ground level to the top of the parapet - 3,5 m. External walls - sandwich panels on a steel frame with cassette cladding from composite material. External doors - insulated steel, windows - aluminum profiles with double-glazed windows. Covering - roofing sandwich panels, with an internal drain. The roof is rolled. In the building of the service block, the following premises were designed: registration equipment, utility room, electrical panel room. Permanent stay of personnel in the service block is not provided. Canopy over the fuel dispenser - load-bearing elements - steel frame. Canopy dimensions - 8,0 x 18,0 m. Height to false ceiling - 5,0 m. Total height - 6,0 m. Canopy column cladding - composite material. Roof - profiled steel sheet, drain - in the lining of the columns. Suspended ceiling - painted aluminum rail. The sides of the fuel dispenser are stainless steel.
Structural and space-planning solutions
Building responsibility level – II. The building of the service block and the canopy are designed in a steel frame. The spatial immutability of the frame of the service unit is ensured by the joint work of the columns, vertical ties and the hard disk of the corrugated flooring, which is fastened with self-tapping screws in each wave. The node supporting the roof beams on the columns is hinged. The sections of the main load-bearing structures of the frame were adopted: columns - bent closed welded square sections according to GOST 30245-2003 from steel C245; roof beams - I-beam according to STO ASCHM 20-93 from steel C245, corrugated board - H75-750-0.8. External walls - from hinged wall panels of the "Sandwich" type 150 mm thick. A fachwerk system has been developed for fixing wall panels. The spatial invariability of the canopy frame is ensured by the joint operation of the columns, which have a rigid support unit on the foundation, and a hard disk of the profiled flooring, which is fastened with self-tapping screws in each wave. The roof beams are hinged on the columns. The sections of the main load-bearing structures of the canopy frame were adopted: columns - bent closed welded square sections according to GOST 30245-2003 from steel C245; the main roof beams are wide-shelf I-beams according to STO ASCHM 20-93 made of steel C345, corrugated board - H75-750-0.8. The foundation for the building of the service block is a non-buried monolithic reinforced concrete slab 120 mm thick, with monolithic beams along the contour, 585 mm high. Foundation material - concrete B20, W4, F150. Under the foundations, a sample of bulk soil is provided, followed by the installation of an artificial foundation. To prevent freezing of the foundation slabs, insulation with foam slabs is provided. The foundation for the canopy columns is monolithic reinforced concrete columnar concrete B20, W4, F150. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base for the foundation of the canopy is the EGE-2 layer - refractory loam, which has the following characteristics: ρн=2,01 t/m3, Сн=0,29 kg/cm2, Е=110 kg /cm2. The foundations of underground reservoirs are taken on a natural basis in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 400 mm thick, concrete B20, W4. The basis for the foundations for the tanks is the IGE-3 layer - soft-plastic loams, which has the following characteristics: ρн=2,00 t/m3, Сн=0,27 kg/cm2, Е=100 kg/cm2. The design of the foundations provides stability against ascent. All foundations are arranged according to concrete preparation from B7.5 concrete. The design documentation provides for coating waterproofing of the outer faces of the foundations in contact with the ground. The calculation of the main load-bearing structures of the frames was carried out using the SCAD software package. The displacements and deflections obtained as a result of the spatial calculation of the building frame do not exceed the allowable values. The expected settlements of buildings and structures do not exceed the allowable ones. The relative mark of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute mark of +12.55.
