Description of the capital construction object

The project of a gas station was developed on the basis of a design assignment and an urban planning plan for a land plot. In accordance with the task, it is planned to place a filling station for 500 filling stations in this territory to service vehicles with unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel, as well as trade in related products. There are engineering networks in the building spot. There is no residential development in the gas station area. For a conditional mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of buildings, corresponding to the mark of +18,400, is taken. The maximum level of groundwater rise is expected at absolute levels of +17,00-+17,500. The composition of the gas station for refueling six vehicles at the same time includes: the control room building, with a total area of ​​​​the building - 178,01 m2; canopy with organized drainage of rainwater over 3 fuel-dispensing islands (with internal drains and electric heating); fuel dispensers (TRK) - 3 pcs.; underground two-section fuel tanks with a capacity of 50 m3 - 3 pcs. (located next to the AC site); emergency underground tank with a capacity of 15 m3 - 1 pc. (located next to the AC site); fire-fighting water tanks with a capacity of 50 m3 - 2 pcs. platform for a tank truck (ATs ZHMT); garbage collector for collecting household waste; advertising stele and other advertising media, information signs; parking for cars for 4 cars (incl. 1 m/m for the disabled). DSU site. The designed control room building with a store and a cafeteria is a one-story rectangular volume with dimensions in the axes of 17,33x10,61 m and a height of 4,04 m. The main entrance is designed to the trading floor with the installation of a metal-plastic glazed door. The entrance to the building for visitors is designed along a ramp. The lower part of the entrance glazed doors to a height of 0,3 m is protected by a shockproof strip. The project provides for unhindered access for disabled people and people with limited mobility to the gas station building. The building also has 3 service doors on the reverse side of the facade. A separate entrance for maintenance of the electrical room, entrance to the operator's room and the manager's office, a separate door to the corridor, through which the loading of products for the buffet and the store is carried out. The fire resistance limit of the fire barrier in the control room is REI 45, the filling of openings type 2, the fire resistance limit is EI30. Installed fire doors have a fire resistance rating of EI30 and are equipped with door closers. Fire doors have a latch lock. The roof of the control room building is flat, not in use, made of roofing panels of the "sandwich" type, CSP sheets 2 layers - 20 mm, rolled roofing material "Uniflex" KhPP - 2,8 mm, "Technoelast "Flame-Stop" EKP - 4,2 mm. Structural scheme, maximum permissible parameters

The control room building is designed according to a frame structural scheme, with rigid junctions of columns with foundations and hinged junctions of beams with columns. The foundations for the control room building are taken in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 300 mm thick on an elastic foundation. Under the slab, a preparation of class B7,5 concrete with a thickness of 100 mm is arranged. The frame of the canopy is designed according to the frame structural scheme, with rigid junctions of columns with foundations and articulated junctions of beams with columns. The columns are made of steel profile pipes according to GOST 30245-2004, the beams are made of I-beams according to STO ASCHM 20-93. The canopy columns rest on underground metal frames embedded in the reinforced concrete slabs of the fuel tanks foundations. A 400 mm thick slab is made of concrete of compressive strength class B25, grades W6 for water resistance and F75 for frost resistance. The base of the slab is silty, soft-plastic loam (EGE 3), reinforced on top with a sand cushion 200 mm thick, compaction coefficient Ku = 0,95. The thickness of the concrete protective layer is assumed to be 40 mm. Under the slab, a concrete preparation is made of B7,5 concrete with a thickness of 100 mm.

Facades

The outer walls of the gas station building are designed in a metal frame with enclosing wall structures made of three-layer metal "sandwich panels". The facade of the building is lined with decorative square panels of dark blue color in combination with brown panels made of non-combustible polymer-coated aluminum (GOST R 52146-2003 p. 9.1) in accordance with the requirements of the catalog of industrial standards of the filling station network. Along the perimeter of the building, a blind area is made of gray paving slabs on a sand and gravel base. At the entrance to the control room for clients there is a sliding door with hinged doors (as part of a stained-glass window made of white PVC profile), a “bath” 1,0 x 0,5 x 0,03 m (h) with a grate is installed in front of the entrance. The exterior design of the canopy includes advertising structures with LED backlighting elements with single-crystal blue light-emitting diodes in accordance with the requirements of the catalog of industrial standards of the gas station network. For interior decoration of premises, materials are used that are approved by the bodies and institutions of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service in the prescribed manner.
