Organization of acceptance, storage and sale of fuel

The filling station is designed for refueling cars and trucks. The gas station was designed taking into account the following main provisions: the number of refueling cars accepted 500 units per day; provision of refueling vehicles with left-hand, right-hand and two-way arrangement of fuel tanks; providing independent access to any fuel dispenser; ensuring a minimum length of fuel communications. The gas station provides for the possibility of storing and dispensing 3 grades of AI-92, AI-95, AI-98 gasoline and diesel fuel (DF). Delivery of fuel to the filling station is accepted by trucks. Fuel storage is accepted in three tanks with a capacity of 50 m3. Separation of fuel by tanks: 50 m3-DT, 50 m3-Ai95, 50 m3 (20 m3-Ai98, 30 m3-Ai92). Fuel storage tanks are installed underground at a depth of 1,2 m from the ground (top of the tank). Tank equipment is mounted in wells installed on the neck of the tanks. In order to protect against the action of static electric charges and stray currents, the tanks are equipped with special grounding. Accepted for installation: four-product, double-sided, eight-arm fuel dispensers - 3 pcs. Sealed discharge of fuel from tankers into underground tanks is carried out by gravity using a drain well, MS 1 quick couplings and a special filter. Before draining the fuel, the tankers are grounded. The gas station when draining fuel from tankers stops work. Fuel is supplied from the tank by the pump unit of the fuel dispenser. The suction device consists of a receiving valve, a fire fuse OP 50, shut-off valves and pipelines. The inlet valve is installed at a height of 150 mm from the bottom of the tank. The gas station provides for the installation of a metal box for storing fuel samples taken, the box is located on the street, then the samples are sent to a specialized laboratory to determine the quality of the fuel. The total number of employees at the gas station is 20 people, including 7 people on the busiest shift. The duration of the work shift is 12 hours. The number of gas station working days per year is 365.

Distribution of gas station employees by shifts and by production processes

Calculation of the provision of sanitary facilities. In the back room of the control room there are lockers for employees of category 1a - 12 pieces, for each employee of the gas station there is a personal locker. There is a separate bathroom for employees of the gas station. Household premises 1,85 m2 x 5 people = 9,25 m2 incl. dressing room 0,9 m2 x 5 people. = 4,5 m2 bathroom 0,05 m2 x 5 people. = 0,25 m2 Total: 14 m2 In the bathroom for staff there is a separate tap with a mixer at a height of 0,5 m from the floor to draw water intended for washing floors, as well as a floor drain. The number of faucets is 1 piece, which satisfies the requirement for 5 people. Bathrooms are designed separate for staff and visitors. It is planned to arrange 3 workstations equipped with computers. PCs with liquid crystal monitors were accepted for installation. According to SanPiN 2.2.2/2.4.1340-03, an area equal to 4.5 m2 is provided for one workplace, monitors are separated from visitors by an information desk, the height of the working surface of the table should be 725 mm, and tables and chairs supplied by the Customer to the facility must comply with the data sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations. One PC is installed in the administrator's room (office) and two PCs are located at the operators' workplaces. The workplace of operators is located in the sales area behind the counter. The fuel dispenser control process and fuel supply is carried out through a computer system. Visual control of the operation of the fuel dispenser is carried out by means of video surveillance, with output to monitors. As an additional service (self-service) for gas station visitors, a “Water-Air” cabinet is installed near the control room building, which contains a compressor for pumping car tires and cold water for pouring into a car washer barrel.

CAFETERIA (BUFFET)

The gas station provides for the device of a buffet operating on semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness (warming up finished products) and designed for quick service to visitors. The buffet is equipped with trade counters, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, an electric boiler, refrigerated cabinets, a chest freezer, and bar tables. The buffet provides for the receipt and sale of dishes (pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, salads, etc.) in packages with heating of dishes in microwave and convection ovens. The use of disposable tableware is envisaged. A cash register is provided for settlements with customers. Goods are released through the operator. A sink is provided for washing hands and production equipment. The entrance of visitors is provided from the main facade, the loading of products into the buffet is carried out through a separate entrance from the side of the rear facade to which the entrance of vehicles is provided. For garbage collection on the territory of the gas station, a platform for a container with a lid for garbage is provided. The loading of products into the back room of the cafe is carried out during the shift change, between the first and second shifts, when the gas station is closed.

SHOP
The store has a trading floor area of 127,7 m2. (the area of the trading floor includes the workplace of operators, a store and a cafeteria). It provides for the receipt of food products in the original packaging of related products and automotive products.
