Service building for drivers and passengers of gas stations (operator room).

The main façade of the building is oriented perpendicular to the street and is designed as the main façade, with aluminum windows and tinted glass. The outer color of the wall panels is light gray and blue. The main characteristics of the building:

• the premises of the operator's building belong to class F 3.1 and A 3.2 in terms of functional fire hazard, storerooms - F 5.2;
• degree of fire resistance - III class C1, fire resistance limit of load-bearing elements R45, external walls E15, fire hazard class of building structures - K1. According to SNiP 21-01-97*;
• II class of responsibility;
• Building durability class – III;
• building height - 4.16 m;

Constructive decisions. Operator building.
The rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the stability of the frame columns, which are rigidly fixed to the foundation slab (by welding to embedded parts), as well as by the device of connections in the vertical and horizontal planes.
• Structural scheme of the building - a spatial system (frame), consisting of columns, beams, crossbars and other elements, together with ceilings in this case, perceives all the loads acting on the building. The junction of the main beams with the columns is hinged, not perceiving the moment. The installation of the main and secondary beams is carried out by welding with mounting bolts.
• Foundations - a monolithic reinforced concrete slab made of B20, W6, F75 concrete with a thickness of 300 mm.
• Bearing frame - metal columns ( pipe prof.140x6 and 200x6, GOST 30245-2003) and beams (I-beam 35B1 GOST 26020-83, [20P GOST 8240-97, secondary beams from [10P GOST 8240-97).
• Wall protection - sandwich panels δ=150 mm. In accordance with the corporate style of OAO Gazprom-Neft, the control room building and the canopy are lined with aluminum panels of the A-BOND brand. To ensure the rigidity of the control room building, hinged panels are attached to the half-timbered timber frame with self-drilling screws 7,0-10/63-14x185 with a shear strength of 13kN.
• Partitions - made of gypsum board on a metal frame, filled with mineral wool. δ=100 mm, fireproof - made of 2 layers of gypsum board filled with mineral wool. δ=125 mm.
• Roofing - flat, combined, on a slope, covering from multilayer panels "sandwich" δ=200 mm, roofing carpet from 2 layers of isoplast.
• Windows - aluminum with double-glazed windows, filled with anti-shock film class A3.
• Entrance doors - steel, deaf (except for the sliding door of the main entrance to the trading floor), equipped with limiters and closers.
• Doors internal - wooden, deaf, Finnish.
• In the premises: trading floor, storerooms and equipment registration rooms - fire doors according to the norms.
• Floors - from floor tiles (ceramic granite).
• Blind area 2000 mm wide. - small-sized paving slabs.

Volumetric spatial solutions:
The premises of the gas station being designed belong to the following functional groups:
- shop premises;
- cafeteria premises;
- office and utility rooms.
On the instructions of the customer, all groups of premises are united in a single volume of the control room building. The list of premises of each functional group is given on sheet АР2 (“Plan for elevation 0,000”). At the same time, the premises belonging to different categories according to functional fire hazard (according to NPB 105-03) are separated by fire partitions (see sheet АР-2).

Canopy over the mall.
The canopy is a frame structure with a height to the bottom of the suspended structures H = 4.80 m from the roadway.

Constructive decisions:
• Foundations for columns - columnar monolithic reinforced concrete of concrete B20, W6, F75.
• Bearing elements of the frame - welded metal.
• Canopy columns - metal 250х8.
• Crossbars and beams - steel I40B1, 40B2, 30B1 and 20B2 STO ASCHM 20-93, secondary beams [24P GOST 8240-97.
• Spatial rigidity of the canopy is ensured by the stability of each column in mutually perpendicular directions. The columns are rigidly fixed to the columnar foundation (welded to embedded parts), in addition, the corrugated board performs the function of horizontal ties on the end sections of the coating. In these areas, the corrugated board is attached to the girders in each wave with self-tapping bolts. In the longitudinal direction at the junction, the sheets are fastened with combined rivets with a pitch of 250 mm.
• Canopy cover and perimeter frieze – galvanized profiled steel. The corrugated board is fastened through the wave with self-tapping bolts.
• Gutter - internal heated.
• Sheathing of columns and ceiling - aluminum cassettes with polymer coating.
• Docking of the main beams with columns and purlins with the main beams are made hinged. Docking of all elements of the canopy is carried out by welding with mounting bolts.
• The quality of welds according to GOST 23118-99 is average.

Washing.

• Roofing - flat, combined, along the slope, the coating is made of sandwich panels δ = 200 mm, the roofing carpet is made of 2 layers of isoplast.
• Drainage from the roof surface of the washing building is carried out by an internal heated drain.
• The height of the washing building is 4.550 m.
