Architectural and space-planning solutions

There is an existing decommissioned building built in 1937-1939 on the site. Dispersed evacuation exits are provided from each floor. The outer wall of the attic floor is made of hollow brick with subsequent plastering. Internal walls and partitions, depending on the functional purpose of the premises, are designed: from hollow brick, monolithicreinforced concrete and plasterboard sheets on a metal frame filled with mineral wool boards; in rooms with a wet regime - from moisture-resistant plasterboard sheets with ceramic tile lining. Covering of the attic floor - profiled steel sheet with insulation, roofing - rolled, drainage - external, organized. The windows of the attic floor are designed with metal-plastic double-glazed windows. Interior decoration is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. The design documentation provides for the accessibility of the building for people with limited mobility. A ramp is provided for MGN access from ground level to the first floor, bathrooms with a universal cabin, and fireproof zones are provided.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The technical survey of the existing 2-4 storey building has been completed. The existing building is a newly identified object of cultural heritage, built in 1937 - 1939 according to the frame-wall construction scheme. The outer and inner walls are load-bearing bricks made of solid clay on a cement-lime mortar. The thickness of the outer walls of the first and second floors is 510 mm, 640 mm, the third and fourth - 510 mm, the attic - 380 mm. The monolithic beam system is made of main and secondary beams and a caisson type with a diagonal arrangement of beams of the same section. The section of the beams of the caisson system is 270 x 520, 550 (h) mm. Sections of the main and secondary beams 280, 305 x 610 (h) mm; 300 x 580, 670 (h) mm; 290 x 860 (h) mm; 430 x 760, 780 (h) mm, 245, 255 x 350 (h) mm; 240 x 520, 530 (h) mm; 280 x 470, 640 (h) mm; 420 x 590 (h) mm. The attic floor above the auction room is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 100 mm thick along monolithic beams reinforced with rigid reinforcement from I-beam No. 22.
