Structural and space-planning solutions

The designed pool building is of a normal level of responsibility, divided by a temperature expansion joint into two blocks. The building was designed according to the frame-wall structural scheme of monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The outer walls of the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete, 300 mm thick, with foam insulation 100 mm thick and lined with ceramic granite slabs along the grid (from mark - 0,100 to mark + 0,900). The material of monolithic walls is concrete of class B25, F150, W6 on sulfate-resistant cement, reinforcement is class A500C. External walls above elevation + 0,900 - non-bearing, floor cut, based on floor slabs and consisting of brickwork 250 mm thick from solid bricks of the brand KORPO 1NF / 100 / 2,0 / 50 / GOST530-2007 on mortar M 75, insulated with a system ventilated facade (developed at the design stage and must have a technical certificate from the State Construction Committee), as well as in the form of stained-glass windows and hinged sandwich panels (thickness 200 mm). External walls - bearing monolithic reinforced concrete, 240 mm thick, with insulation 150 mm thick and ventilated facade system. The walls are fixed to the frame columns and steel fachwerk. Internal walls - monolithic reinforced concrete, 240 mm thick, made of class B 25 concrete, class A 500 C reinforcement. Partitions are designed from tongue-and-groove hydrophobized slabs 160 mm thick (2x80 mm). Columns - monolithic reinforced concrete. The main column spacing is 6x6 m in the administrative part and 6x12 m, 6x15,2 m in the sports part of the building. Column cross section 400x400 mm, 600x400 mm and 700x400 mm, class B25 concrete, class A 500 C reinforcement. Ceilings and roofing - monolithic reinforced concrete slab 200 mm thick on monolithic reinforced concrete beams with a section of 400x350(h) mm, 500x500 mm, 400x600(h) mm, 700x600(h) mm, 500x900(h). Concrete class B25, W6, W8, F100, reinforcement class A 500 C. The covering over the sports part is prefabricated prestressed reinforced concrete slabs of individual production of the TTZOOO type, 700 mm high. Fastening of prefabricated slabs is provided for embedded monolithic beams, a reinforced screed is provided on the top of the slabs, the slabs are welded together using steel elements. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the rigidity of the frames, the stiffness cores formed by the walls of the stairwells, and the hard disks of the floor and roof. Pool bowls with dimensions of 10x6 m and 25x11m are designed in monolithic reinforced concrete. The thickness of the walls is 200 and 300 mm, respectively. The bottom of the pool is a beamless slab 200 and 300 mm thick, respectively, based on monolithic reinforced concrete walls 400 mm thick and columns with a section of 400x400 mm. Waterproofing is carried out according to the technology of a specialized organization. The material of the pools is concrete of class B 25, W8, F 100, reinforcement of class A500 C. Stairs are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete, B25 concrete. Foundations - a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 500 mm thick on a natural base. Concrete class B25, F100, W6 on sulfate-resistant cement, reinforcement class A500 C. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 20.40. The design resistance of the base soil is 2,5 kg/cm, the average pressure on the base soil is 0.775 kg/cm. The maximum level of groundwater is at the surface of the earth. Groundwater is non-aggressive to concrete of normal permeability. Soils are moderately aggressive to concrete of normal permeability in terms of sulfate content. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W6 on sulfate-resistant concrete, the concrete surface is protected by coating with bitumen twice. The expected settlement of the building is no more than ~ 1,8 cm. According to the results of the survey, the existing building belongs to the 2nd category of technical condition. Additional settlement of the existing school building from the construction of the designed building is not expected.
