Architectural and space-planning solutions

The designed building of a commercial facility not related to the residence of the population is a separate, rectangular with ledges in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 33,15 X 14,74 m. The building is three stories high with a basement. The maximum height of the building from ground level to the parapet of the main volume (facade along Axis A) is 12,77 m. For a relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor is taken. In the basement floor with a height of 2,68 m from the floor level to the bottom of the floor, utility rooms, a storage room, rooms for engineering equipment are provided. The exit from the basement is designed along an isolated staircase to the street and through a doorway leading to the pit. On the ground floor with a height of 3,65 m, the premises of the vestibule group, office and service premises, built-in closed parking for 5 cars are designed. Entrance to the car park is provided from the ground level (relative elevation -1,300) separately for each car. Office space is provided on the second and third floors. For vertical connection between the floors, the following are provided: two stairwells L1 with access to the street, a passenger elevator without a machine room. The coating is flat, combined, with an organized external drainage system. Roofing - from rolled materials. Partitions - from plasterboard sheets (2 layers) on a metal frame with filling voids with mineral wool boards. In rooms with a wet regime - from moisture-resistant drywall. Filling window openings - plastic window blocks filled with double-glazed windows, stained glass structures. Window blocks in the walls bordering the parking lot are fireproof. Interior decoration of premises - in accordance with their functional and technological purpose from materials that have hygienic certificates. Finishing of the facades of the building - insulation of the external enclosing structures with facade mineral wool boards, facade plastering with the use of facade decorative elements, painting with facade paints in accordance with the adopted color scheme. The parking lot fencing along axes 1 and 3 are translucent structures. Measures are envisaged to ensure the living conditions of the MGN: an external lift was designed at the entrance to the building; the width of the entrance doors and the dimensions of the vestibules have normalized dimensions; bathrooms are provided for MGN.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the building is II, normal. The building was designed according to the column-wall design scheme. The columns are monolithic reinforced concrete, with a section of 400 x 400 mm, the main grid of the columns is 6,63 x 6,54 + 5,8 m. The bearing walls of the basement are 200 mm thick. The outer walls of the basement are insulated to the depth of soil freezing. The load-bearing walls of the stairwells are monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm. The ceiling above the basement is a monolithic reinforced concrete beamless slab 160 mm thick. Overlying floors and roofing - monolithic reinforced concrete beamless slabs 200 mm thick, and, partially, beams. In places where the slabs rest on the columns, capitals with a section of 900 x 900 mm and a height of 250 mm are provided. The beams are designed with a section of 200 x 500 (H) and 400 x 500 (H) mm, taking into account the thickness of the ceiling. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete marches and platforms. Material of monolithic structures: basement walls - concrete class B25, W8, F150; elevated structures - concrete class B25, F100; fittings - class A500C. The external load-bearing walls of the staircase are multi-layer, made of monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick, effective mineral wool insulation and decorative plaster. The external enclosing structures of the aboveground part are non-bearing multi-layer walls made of aerated concrete blocks of class D800, B2,5, F50 250 mm thick, effective mineral wool insulation and decorative plaster. Connection of layers in the outer walls and fastening to the supporting reinforced concrete structures of the frame is provided for by flexible connections. The supporting structure of the built-in parking lot is a flat rigid frame made of rolled steel profiles. The frame posts are rigidly clamped into the columnar foundations. The car park cover is designed from profiled flooring along steel girders hinged on a frame crossbar and a monolithic ceiling. The rigidity of the coating is ensured by the frequent fastening of the steel profiled flooring to the steel girders with self-tapping bolts, and the connection of the flooring sheets to each other with combined rivets. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of vertical elements united by floor disks. The load-bearing structures of the building were calculated using the SCAD 11.5 software package, taking into account the joint work with the foundation. The relative mark of 0,000 is taken as the absolute mark of 10.90. The foundation of the building is adopted on a natural basis, in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 350 mm thick made of concrete of class B 25, F 150, W 12. Concrete preparation is provided under the slab from concrete of class B 7,5 100 mm thick. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the foundation is the EGE-2 soil, plastic sandy loam with E \u14d 0,55 MPa; IL=0,703; e=19; =0,023º; c=XNUMX MPa. Expected draft 4,7 cm. Waterproofing of the basement from groundwater: the use of high-grade concrete for water resistance, coating waterproofing of surfaces with penetrating waterproofing compounds.
