A business center is a modern office building or a complex of buildings with infrastructure for doing business. This organization provides consulting, marketing and other services to small and medium-sized industries. Therefore, an important element of landscaping is a parking lot for visitors and employees of the business center. The figurative solution of business centers should have stylish modern facades. The profitability of renting premises and the attractiveness of customers directly depend on their appearance. In the system of urban space, business centers often act as dominants, so they must display style and have a presentable appearance. An important stage in the design of a business center is the development of its infrastructure. Attracting new personnel, as well as the convenience of office employees, depends on its quality. These are cafes, billiard rooms, snack bars, gyms, etc. The constituent elements of a business center can be: congress centers, a recreation area for employees, production facilities, sports grounds, exhibition grounds, warehouses. Business centers can combine different office premises, banks, hotels, etc. In the basement or lower floor, it is rational to place technical rooms, a conference room, the size of which significantly exceeds the constructive steps of the building and the runs are taken out of the multi-storey volume and blocked with a cafe, restaurant or dining room. Typical floors often have the same planning solutions, which is determined by the placement of vertical communication nodes and the system of horizontal connections.
