Architectural and space-planning solutions

The building of the public catering enterprise is designed as a four-storey one, with a basement, without an attic. The trapezoidal shape of the site and the nature of the urban environment determined the compactness of the composition and the solution of the facades of the designed building. The main entrance for visitors is provided from the side of the local passage. The height of the building from the planning mark of the ground to the top of the parapet is 19,22 m. In the basement of a public catering establishment, the following are designed: a wardrobe for visitors, a security post, a room for temporary storage of waste, a room for storing cleaning equipment, a bathroom for staff, technical rooms for engineering support (water metering unit, main switchboard, room for the passage of engineering networks). On the ground floor, the following are designed: entrance nodes, a hall, a loading room, sanitary facilities for staff and visitors, a room for the passage of engineering networks. On the second floor are designed: a winter garden, a loading room, sanitary facilities for staff and visitors, a room for the passage of engineering networks. On the third floor, a cafe for 24 seats with household and utility rooms, an administrator's room, sanitary facilities for staff and visitors, a room for the passage of engineering networks are designed. On the fourth floor, a cafe for 26 seats with household and utility rooms, an administrator's room, sanitary facilities for staff and visitors, a room for the passage of engineering networks are designed. The building is equipped with stairwells of type L2, one open staircase of type 2, two escalators leading from the first floor to the second, cargo and panoramic elevators connecting all floors. The building is designed with a rolled roof, a flat roof and an internal drain. An exit from the L2 type staircase is provided for the roof. A public catering enterprise is an object of social infrastructure, which provides access for people with limited mobility and disabled people, therefore, the project in accordance with SNiP 35-01-2011 "Accessibility of buildings and structures for people with limited mobility" and SP 35-103-2001 "Public buildings and facilities accessible to visitors with limited mobility” the following design solutions are provided for in the building: 1 parking space for vehicles for the disabled is designed in the open parking lot; on the main pedestrian directions and on the routes for the disabled from the parking lot to the entrances to the building, the junction of sidewalks with the roadway and curbs are provided at the same level; in the wardrobe and the hall there are stair lifting platforms with inclined movement for the disabled; for floor coverings in rooms where disabled people can stay, it is supposed to use non-slip and contrasting in color and tone materials in accordance with SNiP 35-01-2001. The outer walls of the building are designed from sandwich panels manufactured by Stroypanel LLC. The plinth is lined with natural stone - polished granite. Window units are made of PVC profile with double-glazed windows, stained-glass windows are made of aluminum profile with double-glazed windows. According to the interior decoration of the premises, it is provided: the inner surface of the basement walls is lined with plasterboard sheets on a metal frame; floors in technical rooms - with hardening coating Master-Top 250 on a polished concrete surface; floors in other rooms - from ceramic granite; wall decoration in the household and utility rooms of the cafe, in the bathrooms - tiles; wall decoration in other rooms - improved painting with water-dispersed paints on primer-impregnation; suspended ceilings in corridors, household and office premises - from mineral wool boards with a decorative surface. The building is provided with security systems aimed at preventing criminal manifestations and their consequences, helping to minimize possible damage in the event of illegal actions in accordance with SNiP 31-06-2009 "Public Buildings and Structures". For protection purposes, a CCTV system has been designed (to protect the perimeter of the building, entrances, crowded areas, to determine the location and nature of the violation in the event of an alarm notification); warning systems (for promptly informing people about an emergency situation that has arisen or approaching and coordinating their actions). The project documentation provides for a room for security personnel and placement of technical security equipment (room 0.9), located in the basement.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The building was designed according to the frame structural scheme. The basement floor is designed according to a mixed construction scheme. Columns - monolithic reinforced concrete. The main step of the columns is 6,4x6 m, the section of the columns is 400x400 mm, concrete B25. Ceilings and roofing - from ribbed monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 160 mm thick. Ribs of plates (total height) - section 610x300 mm. Concrete B25. External walls - hinged from a sandwich panels 150 mm thick. The walls are attached to the metal fachwerk structures with self-tapping screws. The outer walls of the basement are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick from concrete B25, W6, F150. The walls of the stairwells, which serve as stiffening cores, are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick. Concrete class B25. The walls of the elevator shafts are made of red solid clay bricks, 250 mm thick. Brick brand KORPO 1NF / 150 / 2,0 / 50 on mortar M100. Partitions - from plasterboard sheets on a metal frame, 100200 mm thick. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building are ensured by the joint work of rigidly clamped supporting nodes of columns, monolithic reinforced concrete walls (stairwells) in the longitudinal and transverse directions and the rigidity of the disks of interfloor floors. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out on a computer using the Lira 9.6 program. Stairs are designed from prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on metal stringers. The foundation is adopted in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 600 mm thick. Concrete B25,W6, F150. The project documentation provides for the installation of sheet piling of the excavation from Larsen IV sheet pile, 12 meters long. Under the foundation, concrete preparation is provided with a thickness of 100 mm along a crushed stone cushion with a thickness of 500 mm. Calculation of the settlement of the foundation was made manually using the method of layer-by-layer summation. The relative mark of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute mark of +25.90. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the foundation is dusty, gray sandy loam with interlayers of sand, plastic with e=0.533, φ=270, E=12 MPa and dusty gray sand of medium density with e=0.75, φ=260, E =11 MPa. Design soil resistance is not less than R=2,52 kg/cm2. The pressure on the foundation soil is not more than p = 1,0 kg / cm2. The maximum level of groundwater is at a depth of 0,5 m. Groundwater is slightly aggressive in terms of bicarbonate alkalinity to concrete of normal permeability. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W6. The project documentation provides for waterproofing of the basement floor with the use of Isoplast bitumen-polymer material. The expected average draft of the building is 70mm.
