The need to switch the sewer collector diam. 1500 mm in the section from chamber No. 63 along the highway to mine No. 1 along the avenue arose in connection with the construction of a road tunnel crossing (transport tunnel) under the river at the alignment of the avenue and the street. On the right bank, it is planned to build an installation chamber with a diameter of 52.0/49.0 m for a mechanized tunneling complex with a diameter of 19265 mm for the passage of a tunnel in a closed way, which "sits" on the existing collector along the highway in the area of ​​​​mine "A". The main technical solutions for the construction of a tunnel-type collector are taken taking into account the design and construction of sewer tunnels. The total length of the collector is 491,19 m. The collector being laid includes two sections of the microtunnel from chamber No. 1 to chamber No. 3 with a total length of 461,79 m with an intermediate chamber No. 2 and two sections of connection to existing collectors with a length of 19,76 m (distance between the axes chambers) and a length of 9,64 m (distance between the axes of the chambers). The depth of the collector is from 4 to 91 m. The diameter of the tunnel is 5,79 mm. The beginning of the route is at house number 1500 along the highway on the right bank of the river, then the route passes under the carriageway of the highway and connects to the existing collector. Tunneling will be carried out by a specialized AVN9T tunnel boring machine from HERRENKNECHT with an expansion jacket in a closed way, using the microtunneling method. It is planned to build two tunnels connected by three chambers. The collector tunnel is constructed from lined reinforced concrete. pipes of factory production to dia. 1200 mm. Pipes are made of concrete grade not lower than B1500 with water resistance not lower than W50. For the operation of the collector, the chambers are used as viewing chambers, and therefore their technological equipment is provided. Chambers are built monolithic. All monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete products are made of heavy concrete B8, W25.
