General information.

The designed residential building is provided for three-story 24-apartment buildings with a technical underground, dimensions in the axes of 14,3 m x 30,46 m with a technical underground. The residential building has 24 one-room apartments with a total area. 793,92 m² 33 m², distributing engineering networks are located in the technical underground. The planning basis of the apartments is built on the principle of clear functional zoning and the creation of convenient connections between the premises. The project was developed in relation to the customer's technology. The vertical connection between the floors is carried out along the stairs. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the foundations, load-bearing walls and ceilings. The structural solutions of the building provide for prefabricated reinforced concrete strip foundations from prefabricated concrete blocks laid on a sandy base. External and internal walls, partitions from medium-sized panels on a wooden frame with filling of cavities with non-combustible mineral wool slabs (lSOROC). The ceiling above the technical underground is monolithic reinforced concrete. Interfloor and attic floors of medium-sized panels on a wooden frame of glued beams with filling of cavities with non-combustible mineral wool boards (lSOROC). Staircase made of prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on metal stringers. The roof is trussed with a cold unexploited attic, with a roof made of profiled sheet. Windows made of PVC profiles. The entrance door to the entrance is metal. Interior finish according to the design assignment: ceiling - water-based paint; - walls - wallpaper in living rooms, painting with moisture-resistant enamel compositions and water-based paint in kitchens, bathrooms, bathrooms and a stairwell; - floors - linoleum in living rooms and kitchens, ceramic tiles in bathrooms.
