General information.

The projected three-storey building consists of two block sections united with each other. The project provides for the following scope of work: layout of apartments in accordance with the terms of reference for the composition and area of ​​apartments; performance of works on improvement and engineering support of apartments in a residential building; implementation of measures to ensure the accessibility of the 1st floor of the building for people with limited mobility; insulation and finishing of the facade according to the system of external thermal insulation of walls and facades "Heat-Avant-garde"; The building is rectangular in plan, with separate entrances to each block section. The floor height is 2,85 m. The height of the technical underground is 1.8 m. The technical underground houses technical rooms for servicing the building and engineering networks and a room for cleaning equipment. From the technical underground in each block section, two exits are designed directly to the outside. The technical underground in each block section is divided among themselves into fire compartments by a fire barrier. Communication between the floors of the building in each BS is carried out by an internal staircase located in the stairwells, with a march width of 1,2 m, a march fence height of 1,15 m and natural floor lighting. In the technical underground, the project provides for common use premises and maintenance of engineering networks: an electrical panel room, a room for cleaning equipment, a water metering unit, and ITP (BS-2). The entrance to the building is through the vestibule. The set of premises and the area of ​​​​the premises of the apartments meet the requirements of paragraph 5.7 of SP 54.13330.2011 and paragraph 6.1.8 of SP 31-107-2004. The composition of the apartments, their area and layout are agreed with the customer and correspond to the design assignment. Insolation of living rooms is provided in accordance with the requirements of SanPiN 2.2.1 / 2.2.11076-01 "Hygienic requirements for insolation and sun protection of residential and public buildings and territories" and is 2 hours. Filling of window openings - window and balcony blocks with glazing with double-glazed windows in PVC structures in accordance with GOST 23166-99, window sills - made of plastic. The filling of internal doorways is designed with wooden doors in accordance with GOST 6629-88, external doors - with metal doors manufactured by KMAPZHS. The roof is pitched on a wooden rafter system made of metal tiles. An organized drain is made from the roof. Facade polymer-acrylic plaster "Avangard - F" was adopted as the exterior decoration of the walls of a residential building. Exterior finish of the basement of the building - facing tiles "Belgian Stone". Interior decoration of walls and partitions of residential and apartment premises - wallpapering, ceiling - water-based painting for 2 times. The walls of bathrooms and toilets, as well as the “working front” in the kitchens, are faced with glazed tiles. In the storerooms, the walls are painted with water-based compositions. Finishing of walls and ceilings of common areas - painting with water-based compositions for 2 times. The floors in the apartments are covered with linoleum and ceramic tiles in wet rooms. The floors of the premises of the first floor are insulated with a layer of foam plastic with a reinforced screed device. In common areas, the flooring is porcelain stoneware with an anti-slip surface. Door blocks are painted with PF-115 enamel twice. Windows are made of PVC. The working draft provides for measures aimed at creating an architectural environment that provides the necessary level of accessibility for visitors with limited mobility to the facility. Ramps are provided for the implementation of entrances to the building on wheelchairs, visitors with a violation of the musculoskeletal system. For disabled access from elev. -1,050 to 0,000 along the flight of stairs, the use of additional removable equipment is provided: telescopic ramp for wheelchairs with manual drive (3-section, 250 cm long) HE 61 050 413.
