Architectural and space-planning solutions

A seven-section 18-storey residential building (the 18th floor is a technical attic) is designed on the site, with a basement and an attic, with built-in and attached premises intended for rent, and a separate underground parking lot. In axes 49-50 of the residential building, a passage is designed, and in axes 23-24, 48-49 - passages to the courtyard area. The basement provides for the placement of technical premises of a residential building and engineering networks. On the 1st floor, entrance areas to the residential part of the building, technical premises of a residential building and premises for rent (offices) are designed. On the 2nd floor accommodation of apartments and, partially, premises for rent (offices) is provided. Starting from the 3rd floor and above, improved apartments with glazed balconies or loggias are designed. The 18th floor (technical attic) is intended for laying engineering communications. In each section of the residential building, an evacuation staircase of the H1 type, a passenger-and-freight elevator Q = 630 kg, a passenger elevator Q = 400 kg and a garbage chute are designed. For offices on the 2nd floor, evacuation staircases of type L1 are provided. Exterior finish of a residential building: basement - facing with ceramic tiles; walls - cladding with facing bricks. roof - rolled, with internal drains. The project provides for the accessibility of the elevator hall on the 1st floor of the residential part of the house and the 1st floor of premises intended for rent for people with limited mobility. A detached underground car park is designed with two entrances and exits under canopies with a polycarbonate coating. The project provides for 4 above-ground entrances to each of the fire compartments with exterior walls made of facing bricks and a roof with a roll coating and an organized drain.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The structural scheme of the residential building is cross-wall. All above-ground supporting structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete B25, W4, F50, working reinforcement A-III and AI. All underground supporting structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete B25, W6 (W8 grillage), F150, working reinforcement A-III and AI. Non-bearing external walls - two-layer, with floor-by-floor support on floor slabs, consisting of facing ceramic bricks with a density of 1300 kg / m3, M150, F50, 120 mm thick and aerated concrete blocks 400 mm thick, with a density of 400 kg / m3, B 2,5. The connection of the layers to each other - by dressing with interleaved rows of bricks for the entire thickness of the wall. Fastening of external walls to internal walls - anchors from galvanized steel. Brickwork - with reinforcement. Reinforced concrete pylons with a minimum section of 6,0 x 6,2 mm on the ground floor and 300 x 700 mm above are included in the structure of the outer walls in spans of 200÷700 m. Bearing external walls - three-layer, consisting of a layer of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 300÷160 mm, a layer of insulation with a thickness of 100÷170 mm and a layer of face brick with a thickness of 120 mm. The outer walls of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick with external insulation with a foam layer 100 mm thick. Internal walls: in the basement and on the 1st floor - 300 mm thick, on floors 2-4 - 200 mm thick, above - 160 mm thick. The maximum step of the transverse walls is 6,2 m. Ceilings and roofing - slabs 160 mm thick (above the basement and 1st floor - 200 mm thick) supported on 3-4 sides, with thermal inserts in the area of ​​​​external walls and balconies. Ceilings over driveways - along beams with a section of 400 x 1000 (h) mm. Partitions - from tongue-and-groove blocks with a density of 300 kg/m3 and a thickness of 90 mm. Balcony railings are made of solid brick with stained-glass windows. Elevator shafts (walls 110-120 mm thick) - prefabricated reinforced concrete. The lintels are reinforced cement. Elements of stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms made of monolithic reinforced concrete, as well as prefabricated steps on steel stringers. Ventilation blocks - prefabricated reinforced concrete, with floor-by-floor support on floor slabs. Residential building - 18-storey seven-section, with a basement with a driveway. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the box-shaped structure of the basement and the joint work of load-bearing walls with rigid disks of monolithic floors. All sections of the building are separated from each other and separated from one-story outbuildings by sedimentary seams. Calculations of building structures were performed on the software package "SCAD" v.11.1 using finite element analysis. Verification calculations of the stability of the building against progressive destruction in the case of local destruction were not performed. The mark of the floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark of +0,000 m, was taken as 4,100. The foundations of the residential building are piled. Piles - prefabricated reinforced concrete composite with a section of 35 x 35 cm, a length of 22÷24 m from concrete B30, W6, F150. The absolute mark of the bottom of the piles is minus 21,30÷22,30 m. The connection of piles with grillage is rigid. The pile driving method is driving from the bottom of the pit. The design pile load of 120 tf was taken from the results of static probing and confirmed by control static tests. The base of the piles is light silty soft-plastic loam with sand interlayers with e = 0,497, E = 100 kgf/cm2, φn = 180, IL = 0,00, gravel and coarse sands with e = 0,400, E = 500 kgf/cm2, φn = 430 and hard dislocated clays e = 0,47, E = 310 kgf/cm2, φн = 170, IL= - 0,27. The grillages of the building are cross tapes 800 mm high, united by a floor slab 200 mm thick. The absolute mark of the bottom of the grillages is +0,100 m. Frames - in two directions. Cross frames - single-span. The supporting structures of the extension are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Aboveground structures - from concrete B25, F50, W4 and working reinforcement A-III, A-I, foundations - from concrete B25, W4, F50, working reinforcement A-III, A-I. Along the length of the extension, they are separated by temperature-sedimentary seams. Columns - section 400 x 400 mm. Beams - section 400 x 550 (h) mm. Coating - 200 mm thick. Floor plate - 200 mm thick. External walls - 400 mm thick. The foundations of the extension are columnar. The absolute mark of the bottom of the foundations is + 0,10 m. The base of the foundations is silty sands of medium density saturated with water with e = 0,70, E = 120 kgf / cm2, φII = 280, with a design resistance of 63,2 tf / m2 with stress at the base foundations 16,7 tf/m2. The constructive scheme of a detached underground parking lot is column-wall. The supporting structures of the parking lot are made of monolithic reinforced concrete concrete B25, W6, F150, working reinforcement A-III, A-I). The length of the underground car park is divided by an expansion joint. Columns - section 400 x 400 mm with a maximum pitch of 7,8 x 6,0 m. External walls - 250 mm thick. The outer walls of the stairs in the above-ground part - with insulation and brick cladding. Internal walls - 200 mm and 250 mm thick. The pavement above the car park is a beamless slab 300 mm thick, designed for a load from fire trucks with a total weight of 43 tf. Stairs - prefabricated steps on steel stringers. The length of the parking lot is divided by temperature-sedimentary seams. The foundation of the car park is 500 mm thick slabs. The base of the foundation slabs is silty sands of medium density saturated with water with e = 0,70, E = 120 kgf / cm2, φII = 280 with a design resistance of 63,28 tf / m2 at a stress at the base of the foundation slabs of 3,48 tf / m2. Preparation for grillages and foundations - from a layer of monolithic concrete B7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm. Protection of the building from groundwater and dampness: drainage, box-shaped basement construction made of concrete W6, treatment of concrete surfaces in contact with the ground with the penetrating composition "Hydrotex-U", cold joints of concreting - with hydrostops "Hydrotex-Sh". Expected design settlement of a residential building 3,3 cm, movement of the top of the building 4,0 cm, acceleration of oscillations of the upper floor of a residential building 0,08 m/s2, settlement of the foundation slab of a car park 3,7 cm with a compressible soil thickness of 7,0 m, settlement of outbuildings will be 1 cm. The building is designed on a territory free from development with existing driveways. Prior to the construction of the building, the planning of the territory was carried out. The depth of the excavation of the residential building and the parking lot will be 3,6 m. The pit is designed with slopes, partly with sheet piling.
