Architectural and space-planning solutions

The multi-apartment residential building is designed to be divided into three buildings - building 1 (western), building 2 (northern), and building 3 (eastern). Between the buildings, under the yard area, an underground parking lot has been designed. Buildings 1 and 2 from the second to the sixth floors are interconnected by the volume of unheated glazed verandas with a passage between the buildings at the level of the first floor. The dimensions of the building 1 in the axes are 17,6 x 40,9 m (maximum). The height from ground level to the top of the parapet in the 4-storey part is 14,0 m, in the 6-storey part - 19,5 m. The dimensions of the four-six-story building 2 in the axes are 16,4 x 41,2 m. The heights are similar to building 1. The dimensions of the four-story building 3 in the axes are 18,4 x 36,4 m. The height is 13,3 m. Sections of buildings are designed with a shift of the outer longitudinal walls relative to each other by 1,2 m in buildings 1 and 2 and by 2,0 m in building 3. Entrances to residential sections - from the level of the operated roof of the car park. Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II (normal). The project provides for the construction of a residential building, consisting of three buildings and an underground parking lot. Sedimentary joints are provided between buildings 1 and 2 and between all buildings and the parking lot. The structural system of residential buildings of the building is cross-walled with a step of transverse walls from 3,0 to 7,3 m. External walls - load-bearing two-layer, made of ceramic stone M150, F50 510 mm thick and front brick M150, F50 120 mm thick. The ligation of the lining with the masonry is provided through four rows of masonry. Internal walls - from hollow ceramic bricks M125, F50 380 mm thick. Terrace ceilings are designed from precast concrete floors on prefabricated reinforced concrete beams. Elevator shafts - prefabricated reinforced concrete 110 mm thick. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of vertical elements united by floor hard disks. The load-bearing structures were calculated using the SCAD software package version 11.1. The relative mark of 0.000 is taken as the absolute mark of 33,10. The foundations of residential buildings are taken on a natural basis, in the form of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 450 mm thick, concrete B20, W4, F75. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the foundation is EGE-2 soils, dusty yellowish-gray sands of medium density saturated with water with characteristics φ=26º, e=0,748, E=110 kg/cm2i EGE-6, silty gray sands of medium density saturated with water with characteristics φ=32º, e=0,608, E=240 kg/cm2. The calculated resistance of the base soil is 1,2 kgf / cm2, the average pressure under the sole is 1,0 kgf / cm2, the expected draft is 8,0 cm. The car park is a recessed structure with an incomplete frame made of monolithic reinforced concrete of class B20, F100, W6 and with an exploitable roof. Frame columns are designed according to an irregular grid from 4,9 to 7,9 m. The exploited coating is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 300 mm thick on monolithic reinforced concrete beams with a section of 400 x 600÷870 mm. The spatial rigidity and stability of the car park is ensured by the joint work of the vertical elements, united by the hard disk of the cover and by pinching the columns into the foundations. The foundations of the car park are on a natural base, in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 500 mm thick, concrete B20, W6, F100. The basis of the foundation is the EGE-6 soils, medium-density silty gray sands saturated with water with the characteristics φ=32º, e=0,608, E=240 kg/cm2 5, E=22 kg/cm0,28). The calculated resistance of the base soil is 1,4 kgf / cm2, the average pressure under the sole is 0,5 kgf / cm2, the expected draft is 3,0 cm. Under the foundations, concrete preparation is provided from concrete of class B7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm. The project provides for the simultaneous construction of the foundations of a residential building and a parking lot. The device for blocking the underground parking lot is made after the construction of the above-ground part of the residential buildings. The project provides for vertical waterproofing of structures in contact with the ground, from Woltex geotextile mats, and horizontal waterproofing along the edge of foundations. The existing development (residential building and school) is located at a distance of more than 25 m. No impact on the surrounding development is expected.
