Architectural solutions

The designed residential building is nine-story, rectangular in plan with dimensions in the axes of 72,84x14,9 m, consists of three sections, with a technical underground and a warm attic. INfloor height - 3,0 m, clean room height - 2,7 m, attic height - 2,0 m, technical underground height - 2,2 m. The following set of apartments has been designed: between axes 1-P - 2-2-1-1; between axes Н-Ш — 3-3-2-1; between the axes IU-U - 2-2-1 -1. Garbage chambers are located on the first floors of each section. In the axes Ds, Vs-2s, Zs there is an electrical switchboard. The entrance group consists of a vestibule, a landing, a staircase, an elevator hall with a garbage chute. Each section of the residential building is provided with an elevator with a carrying capacity of 630 kg. Exterior finish. Facades are made with silicate brick cladding, balcony railings are designed with light metal cladding with painted profiled sheeting. The plinth is lined with concrete facade tiles. Architectural details and decorations are plastered and painted with facade acrylic paints. The architectural design of the facades is carried out using elements of the Post-Modern style. Interior decoration. Interior finishing is carried out taking into account the functional purpose of the premises, in accordance with the list of premises finishing.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The structural scheme of the building is rigid with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls. In the transverse and longitudinal direction, the rigidity and geometric invariability of the building is ensured by the hard disk of the floors and the transverse walls. The foundations are strip, pile, from bored piles and a monolithic reinforced concrete grillage. The walls of the technical underground are made of concrete blocks according to GOST 13579-78. The outer walls of the building are a three-layer structure with a thickness of 640 mm: - bearing layer - silicate brick according to GOST 379-2015, 380 mm thick; - insulating layer - polystyrene foam boards PPS-35 according to GOST 15588-2014, 140 mm thick; - facing layer - silicate brick, 120 mm thick. The internal walls are made of ordinary silicate bricks. Interfloor ceilings and coverings of the building are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs according to series 1.141-1. Partitions: between the premises of the apartments and elevator halls, 260 mm thick, made of cellular concrete blocks with a sound-proof layer of 60 mm thick minplate; - between the bathroom and the room made of ceramic bricks with a soundproofing layer of 50 mm thick minplate. Flights of stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete series 1.050.9-4.93. The walls of the elevator shafts are made of silicate bricks 250 and 380 mm thick. The roof is flat, the coating is two layers of welded roofing material Technoelast EKP and 1echnoelast EPP with insulation from Izoruf-V and Izoruf-N mineral wool boards, 40 and 110 mm thick. Windows and alkonnye doors - PVC profile with double glazing. Doors, internal wooden in accordance with GOST 6629-88, external door blocks - steel in accordance with GOST 31173-2003.
