General information.

The projected residential building is a continuation of the construction of residential buildings for orphans in accordance with the federal program. The house is a block-section of a socially oriented orientation. The adjacent territory is designed with a high level of improvement of the entire territory, including: the organization of green areas, adjacent territories with recreation areas for children and adults, footpaths, guest parking for cars, measures have been developed for the unhindered movement of people with limited mobility around the territory of a group of residential buildings. The design takes into account modern requirements for the operation of apartments and buildings in general. A technical floor was designed for laying engineering networks under the building, and a ventilated attic above the top floor, which is necessary for hot climate conditions. The building provides for the accessibility of people with limited mobility due to the arrangement of a ramp at the entrance porches, vertical lifts in the stairwell and a specially adapted elevator. The color scheme of the facades of the building is successfully combined with the surrounding buildings. Design solutions include engineering support for buildings, incl. cold and hot water supply, sewerage, internal drains, centralized heating, natural ventilation, power supply, low-voltage devices (telephony and radio), dispatching, garbage disposal and passenger elevators.

Constructive decisions.

The constructive scheme of the 9-storey building is frame-monolithic. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of reinforced concrete columns and reinforced concrete walls, floor disks and walls of the elevator block. Static calculations of the building frame were performed using the automated calculation systems "Monomakh 4.2" and "LIRA" according to the finite element method with the determination of forces and deformations in the elements of the structure. Based on the calculations, the section and reinforcement of all elements of the building were selected. The calculation of the frame is given in the calculation part of the project (20380-РР and 13780-РР). Columns are taken with a section of 450x350 mm and 400x500 mm from concrete of class B25, B30 and rebar A500C GOST R 52544-2006. For the perception of wind loads for the frame, reinforced concrete walls with a thickness of 250 mm and 300 mm made of concrete of class B25, B30 and reinforcing bar A500C GOST R 52544-2006 were adopted. The ceiling is made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm. Concrete class B25, B30 and rebar A500C GOST R 52544-2006.
