Architectural and space-planning solutions

The design documentation provides for the construction of 2 multi-apartment residential buildings with built-in premises (building 15A and building 15B) and a separate closed-type parking lot (building 15B). Building 15A has an attached underground parking lot (building 15G).

Structural and space-planning solutions

Structural scheme of residential buildings (building 15A and 15B) - combined: in the basement and first floor - cross - wall (all load-bearing structures - from monolithic reinforced concrete); above - frame-wall with load-bearing brick facade walls and walls of stairs, with reinforced concrete columns only along two internal axes of buildings. The outer walls of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 500 and 200 mm, insulated with a foam layer 100 mm thick. Concrete B30, W8, working reinforcement A500C. External walls of the 1st floor - from monolithic reinforced concrete 500 mm thick with external insulation with a layer of mineral wool slab 130 mm thick, finished with agglomerate tiles 20 mm thick. Concrete - B30, working reinforcement - A500C. The outer walls of the 2nd floor and above are made of brick with a total thickness of 640 mm, the outer verst is made of 120 mm thick facing hollow brick 1NF / 175 / 1.4 / 50 GOST 530-2007, the rest of the masonry is made of porous stone 2.1NF / 175 / 1,1 /35 GOST 530-2007. Masonry on mortar M150 with reinforcement through the row. The internal walls of the basement and the 1st floor are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 - 510 mm with widenings in the area where the columns of the upper floors are located. Concrete B30, working reinforcement A500C. Internal intersection walls and walls of stairs of the 2nd floor and above - masonry made of porous stone 2.1NF / 175 / 1.1 / 35 GOST 530-2007 with a thickness of 510 mm on a solution of M150. Columns - from monolithic reinforced concrete with an irregular arrangement along the internal axes, in building 15A - with a section of 400 x 600 and 400 x 400 mm, with a maximum step of 5,0 x 5,4 m; in case 15B - with a section of 400 x 600 and 500 x 600 mm with a maximum step of 5,5 x 6,52 m. Concrete B30, working reinforcement A500C. Partitions - from concrete blocks 80 and 190 mm thick. Ceilings and coverings - continuous slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete 180 mm thick, above the basement - 200 mm thick, supported by reinforced concrete columns and brick walls. Along the perimeter of the outer walls, the ceilings are designed with strapping beams with a section of 380 x 510 (h, taking into account the thickness of the slab) mm. Concrete B30, F100, working reinforcement A500C. The elevator shafts are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a wall thickness of 160 mm. Elevator shafts are rigidly connected to floor slabs and are designed to absorb loads from floors. Concrete B30, working reinforcement A500C. Elements of stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. Ventilation blocks - prefabricated reinforced concrete, with floor-by-floor support on floor slabs. The walls of the pits are made of monolithic reinforced concrete supported by a grillage and rigidly fastened to the walls of a residential building. Balconies and loggias - with stained glass windows. In some areas - brick 120 mm thick. Building 15A is divided into two blocks by a temperature-sedimentary seam. The spatial rigidity and stability of residential buildings is ensured by the joint work of the vertical load-bearing elements of the building with monolithic intermediate floors, the rigidity of the supporting nodes of the columns, the stiffness cores formed by the walls of the stairwells and elevator shafts. Structural scheme of the attached part of the underground car park (building 15G) - column-wall. All supporting structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete B30, W8, F150, working reinforcement A500C. External walls - 200 mm thick, with insulation, and above the blind area - with a finish similar to the walls of residential buildings. Columns - section 400 x 400 mm. Internal walls - 200 mm thick. The coating - continuous slabs with a thickness of 300 mm - was designed taking into account the weight of a fire truck of 46 tf. Ramp plate - 200 mm thick. Elements of stairs - from monolithic reinforced concrete. The spatial rigidity and stability of the underground car park is ensured by the rigid connection of all reinforced concrete elements of the building core and the joint work of the walls and columns with the hard disk of the coating. The underground car park was designed without walls in the area adjacent to the residential building, with a sedimentary seam. Structural scheme of a multi-level car park (building 15V) - column - wall. All supporting structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete B30, W8, F150, working reinforcement A500C. External walls - hinged sandwich panels 200 mm thick, in the basement and 1st floor - from monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick with pilasters 400 mm thick. Internal walls - 200 and 160 mm thick, in the basement and 400 mm. Columns - with a section of 400 x 400 mm with a maximum step of 7,3 x 6,6 m. Ceilings and roofing - continuous slabs 200 mm thick, Elevator shafts - from monolithic reinforced concrete with a wall thickness of 160-200 mm. Elevator shafts are rigidly connected to floor slabs and are designed to absorb loads from floors. Elements of stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. The spatial rigidity and stability of the multi-level car park is ensured by the box-shaped structure of the basement, the rigid connection of all reinforced concrete elements of the building core and the joint work of load-bearing walls and ceilings with stiffening cores formed by the walls of stairwells and elevator shafts. Residential buildings (buildings 15A and 15B) and a multi-level car park (building 15B) are designed as stand-alone buildings. Calculations of building structures were made according to the following programs: "Microfe"; SCAD v.11.3; "Monomakh" 4.5 in a finite element model, taking into account the joint work of the building, foundations and base. The required fire resistance of structures is confirmed by calculations. The level of responsibility of the building is the second (normal). The service life of the building is assumed to be at least 50 years. The mark of the floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark, was taken as 0,000: for building 15A and 15G - 17.50; for building 15B - 18.00; for the 15V case - 18.50. The foundations were developed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys. The foundations of residential buildings (building 15A and 15B) are piled, the foundations of parking lots (building 15V and 15G) are slabs on a natural foundation. Pre-design testing of soils with driven piles determined the bearing capacity of piles on the ground with a section of 35 x 35 cm made of concrete B30, W8, which for building 15A was 60 tf, and for building 15B - 90 tf. According to the results of pre-design tests of piles of residential buildings, prefabricated reinforced concrete, composite, with a section of 40 x 40 cm, length 11,0 m, made of concrete B25, W8, with a soil bearing capacity of 75 tf (design load - 70 tf) were adopted. The absolute mark of the bottom of the piles of buildings 15A and 15B is 4.00 m. Pile driving is provided by driving from the ground using a driver, in the zone of possible dynamic influence on a neighboring building - driving by indentation. The design documentation provides for control tests of piles. The connection of piles with grillage is rigid. The base of the piles is silty hard sandy loam (IGE6) with e = 0,437, E = 170 kgf/cm2, φII = 24°, IL = - 0,02. Grills of residential buildings (buildings 15A and 15B) are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 600 mm thick. Concrete B30, W8, F150, rebar. The absolute mark of the bottom of the grillage slabs of building 15A is 13.90 m, that of building 15B is 14.40 m. Concrete B30, W8, F150, reinforcement A500C. The absolute mark of the bottom of the slab is 15.50 m. The pressure at the base of the slab is 10 tf/m2 (the maximum is 21 t/m2). The base of the slab is silty dense sands saturated with water (IGE2) with e = 0,550, E = 230 kgf/cm2, φII = 34°, with a design resistance of 63 t/m2. The foundation of the underground car park (building 15G) is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 800 mm thick. Concrete B30, W8, F150, rebar. The absolute mark of the bottom of the plate is 13.70.
