Architectural and space-planning solutions

Nine multi-apartment nine-story residential buildings have been designed, two of them - No. 125 and No. 126 - with built-in premises. Entrances to the residential part of the buildings are provided from the side of both the courtyard area and from intra-block passages. Entrances to the built-in premises of houses No. 125 and No. 126 - from the side of the street and its circular parts, service entrances - from the courtyard. The buildings are designed with technical undergrounds for engineering premises and laying engineering networks. The entrance to the underground - in each section through the pits - two pits per fire compartment. In each section there are L1 type stairwells with one elevator with a load capacity of 1000 kg with cabin dimensions of 1100x2100 mm. Elevators - with walk-through cab (two doors) with the first landing at the level of the entrance to the stairwell - provide wheelchair access to all floors. From each LC there is an exit to the roof. The apartments are designed from the 1st to the 9th floor, in sections with built-in premises - from the 2nd to the 9th floor. The apartments are commissioned with finishing. Built-in premises - without finishing. External walls - suspended multilayer panels "Slavyanka" (according to STO 94672705-003-2009) with additional external insulation with mineral wool and a ventilated facade with an outer layer of porcelain stoneware slabs. Finishing of the plinth - wet plaster on a grid and artificial concrete stone in sections with built-in rooms. Window fillings - metal-plastic profiles with double-glazed windows and supply valves. Stained-glass windows - aluminum profiles with tempered glass. Railings for balconies and loggias - made of steel pipes, lattice and sheathed with CCL boards. Slopes of windows - profiles from the galvanized painted steel. The coating is flat combined. The roof is rolled with internal gutters. The height of the buildings from ground level to the top of the parapet is 27,23 m, the maximum height of the top of the parapet of the LK volumes is 29,83 m. Residential building No. 118 is four sectional, L-shaped in plan. The dimensions of the house in the extreme axes are 71,9x47,4 m. The width of the hull in the axes is 14,0 m. Corner section 2 - with a through passage. Residential building No. 119 - three sections, rectangular in plan. The dimensions of the house in the extreme axes are 78,6x14,0 m. Sections 1 and 2 - with through passages. Residential building No. 120 - 21 sections, forms a rectangular closed courtyard. The dimensions of the house in the extreme axes are 168,9x117,6 m. In sections 2, 5, 13, 15 - through passages. In sections 10 and 20 - driveways. Residential buildings No. 121, 122, 123, 124 - 7 sectional, U-shaped in plan, in pairs form almost closed rectangular courtyards. The dimensions of the houses in the extreme axes are 116,4x44,9 m. In sections 2 and 5 of each house, through passages are provided. Residential building No. 125 - 20 sections, trapezoidal in plan, forms an open courtyard. The dimensions of the house in the extreme axes are 182,2x147,4 m. In sections 4 and 12 - through passage, in sections 2, 7, 10, 15, 18 - through passage. In sections 7 and 10 - built-in office space, in sections 8 and 9 - grocery stores. The height of the built-in premises of houses No. 125 and No. 126 in cleanliness is 3,45 m. Residential house No. 126 is 40 sections, of complex shape in plan, consists of two trapezoidal closed courtyards formed by twenty-two and fifteen sections, connected by a lintel of three sections. The dimensions of the house in the extreme axes are 451,5x112,0 m. Through passages 5,8 m high and 5,9 m wide are provided in sections 4, 8, 16, 20, 22, 26, 28, 37. Through passages - in sections 3, 12, 15, 18, 24, 29, 32, 35, 38.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of residential buildings is 2 (normal). The structural scheme of the buildings is cross - wall with an irregular step of the transverse walls. The buildings are divided by sedimentary seams into blocks consisting of 1-2 sections. The supporting structures of the buildings are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete B25, F75, working reinforcement A-500C. Bearing walls and pylons - 160, 200 mm thick. The outer walls of the driveways are 300 mm thick, the columns in the area of ​​the driveways are 450x450 mm in section. The walls of the first floor of sections with built-in rooms are 200 mm thick, pylons are 230 mm thick. Load-bearing external walls - from monolithic reinforced concrete 160 mm thick with external mineral wool insulation 150 mm thick and finished according to the ventilated facade system. The outer walls of the technical underground are made of monolithic reinforced concrete (concrete B25, F150, W8) 200 mm thick, with external insulation with expanded polystyrene. Non-bearing external walls - prefabricated frame-sheathing panels 182 mm thick with a wooden frame, with facade insulation (insulation thickness 50 mm) and with a hinged ventilated facade according to the "IS-5K" system, finished with porcelain stoneware slabs with fastening of the subsystem to reinforced concrete floor slabs. The panels are manufactured by DSK Slavyansky LLC according to an individual project, mounted on plastic pads 20 mm thick, with a cantilever overhang over the floor slabs (overhang 85 mm, support 60 mm) and attached to the floor slabs from below and from above with galvanized corners. Ceilings and roofing - monolithic slabs 160 mm thick (200 mm ceilings at the separation of built-in and residential premises) supported on three sides, in the area of ​​​​external walls - with thermal breaks. Service life of panels - 50 years; the service life of the facade system is up to 50 years. Partitions - from aerated concrete blocks D600 100 mm thick and tongue-and-groove hydrophobic slabs 80 mm thick. The spatial rigidity and stability of buildings is ensured by the joint work of load-bearing walls with hard disks of monolithic ceilings. All sections of buildings are separated by temperature-sedimentary seams. Calculations of building structures were performed using the certified software package "SCAD" v.11.3. in the finite element model. The fire resistance of structures is ensured due to the installation of a normalized value of the protective layer of concrete up to the axis of the working reinforcement. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 17.90 - for residential building No. 118; 17.80 - for residential buildings No. 119, 123, 124; 17.20 - for residential building No. 120, 17,35 - for residential building 126; 18,00 - for residential buildings No. 121, 122; 16.90 - for residential building No. 125. The foundations were developed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys. The foundations of residential buildings are on a natural foundation, the foundation slabs are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 550 mm. Concrete B25, W8, F150, working reinforcement A500C. The stress at the base of the foundation slabs from standard loads is 1,40 kgf/cm2. The basis of the foundation slabs of residential buildings are layers EGE-3, -4, -8, 8a, -10, -11, -13 - loams and sandy loams are light silty from plastic to hard, fine dense sands with uneven stratification with E = 110 ÷ 380 kgf/cm2, φII = 16°÷35о.
