Architectural and space-planning solutions

 The designed multi-apartment residential building with built-in premises is the 9th stage of the construction of a residential complex. The building is a detached, one-section, has a shape close to rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the axes of 30,34x32,21 m. technical attic and basement. The height of the main 24-story volume from ground level to the top of the parapet is 23 m, the maximum height from ground level to the top of the parapet of the protruding stair-lift volume is 1 m. For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark of 10.05, is taken. The basement with a height of 2,70 m from floor to ceiling is designed to accommodate engineering equipment, laying engineering networks. On the ground floor, the following are planned: the entrance group of the premises of the residential part of the building with the concierge room, the waste collection chamber, residential apartments and six built-in premises intended for rent or sale. The functional purpose of the built-in premises will be determined in accordance with regulatory requirements. Entrances to the built-in premises are designed insulated. Each built-in room is designed with an area of ​​no more than 150 m2. Residential apartments are designed from the 1st to the 23rd floors. The height of all above-ground floors is 3,00 m. Each apartment, as well as some of the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors, starting from the 3rd floor, has a glazed balcony or loggia. The technical attic with a floor-to-ceiling height of 1,80 m is intended for laying engineering networks. On the roof in the area of ​​the stair-elevator unit, a superstructure was designed to accommodate the machine rooms of the elevators and access to the roof. For vertical connection between the floors, two non-smokeable H1-type staircases with access to the ground level and an elevator unit are provided. Four elevators have been designed: two passenger and two cargo-passenger, one of which is designed to transport fire departments. Access to the basement premises is provided through isolated external flights of stairs located in the pits. Roofing - from rolled materials. The cover is flat, with an organized internal drain. Internal partitions are made of silicate full-bodied blocks of various thicknesses, depending on the functional purpose of the premises. Filling of window openings - window units made of PVC-profile with single-chamber double-glazed windows with energy-saving glass. Interior decoration of premises - in accordance with their functional purpose. In apartments and built-in premises, fine finishing is not provided. Finishing of the facades of the building: from the level of the blind area to the level of the ceiling above the second floor - wall decorative concrete stone SKTs; overlying elevated floors - porcelain stoneware facade slabs on a metal frame with filling with facade mineral wool slabs; external walls in the zone of glazed loggias - insulation and thin-layer plaster on the grid; stained glass structures for glazing balconies and loggias of the residential part of the building. Measures are envisaged to ensure the life of the disabled. On the porch of the entrance to the residential part to the elevator hall and to the built-in premises (entrances to two built-in premises (V-1-9, V-3-9), an external ramp is provided. Porches of entrances to the built-in premises (entrances to two built-in premises (V-2-9, V-6-9) are designed with the installation of lifting platforms for lifting the disabled (two platforms). In these built-in rooms, bathrooms are designed that are accessible to the disabled.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

 The apartment building was designed in monolithic reinforced concrete structures in a cross-wall structural system. The rigidity and stability of buildings is ensured by the joint work of walls and floors. Wall thickness: basement, 1st floor - 160 mm; 200 mm; 300 mm; other floors - 160 mm; 200 mm; 240 mm. The thickness of the floor slabs is 200 mm. The material of above-ground structures is B30 class concrete; B25; fittings of class A400. External walls: non-bearing - brick 250 mm thick, cut by floor with support on the ceilings, load-bearing - monolithic reinforced concrete. Insulation for the outer walls of the building is part of the facade hinged system, the fastening of which to the supporting structures of the building is developed in the working documentation in accordance with the current technical certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. The walls are fastened to the load-bearing structures of the building by flexible connections. The static calculation of the supporting structures of the building was carried out using the SCAD software package by the finite element method, taking into account the pulsating component of the wind load. The horizontal displacement of the top of the building is 7,3 cm, the acceleration of the vibrations of the building structures arising from the pulsation of the velocity pressure of the wind is 0,079 m/s2, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The level of responsibility of the building is normal. The main load-bearing structures of the building are designed taking into account the fire resistance requirements in accordance with STO 36554501-006-2006 and in accordance with the calculations of the structural system for progressive destruction according to SP 52-103-2007. The construction of the section foundations is monolithic reinforced concrete grillages 1200 mm thick on a pile foundation. The grillage material is B25 class concrete; W6; F100; fittings of class A400. Piles - bored with a diameter of 450 mm, a length of 27,75 m from the bottom of the grillages. At the base of the piles at the level of minus 22.00 lie silty solid loams with a total deformation modulus E=300 kgf/cm2. Pile material - class B30 concrete; W8; F150; fittings of class A400. The bearing capacity of piles - 200 tf - was adopted based on the results of static sounding of soils. Static load testing of piles and, if necessary, adjustment of the pile field are provided. Waterproofing of basements of sections from groundwater: drainage, use of concrete of a higher water resistance grade for the grillage and outer walls of the basement. A relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to an absolute mark of 10.05.
