Organization of work on complex overhaul

This working documentation for the repair of structural elements and engineering systems of a multi-apartment residential building of the Vulykha Tower series was completed on the basis of a contract. Multi-apartment residential building 14-storey, 1 entrance, with a basement and an attic above the apartments of the upper floor with the distribution of pipes for the heating system. The municipal settlement building was built in 1969. The house is made with an internal reinforced concrete frame, the outer longitudinal walls are self-supporting, the end walls and the walls of the stairwell are load-bearing. The inner frame consists of typical one-story columns of the K-4-18-30 type and crossbars of the RKM type, in the lower floors the columns are reinforced with additional reinforcement. The outer walls in the lower 5 floors are made of solid clay bricks of the brand "100". The outer walls of the 6th-14th floors are made of seven-slot blocks. The brickwork of the outer walls is lined with single-row bricks of light clay. The ceilings are made of prefabricated flooring of PT and UN slabs resting on crossbars and brickwork. Roof - soft roll, with an internal drain. Based on the technical survey, the following types of work are expected: repair of the roof of the building and the canopy, with a complete replacement of the roll coating, using materials such as Filizol, the lining of galvanized steel on parapets, shafts and ventilation pipes is also subject to replacement; replacement of metal fencing and glazing of balconies; renovation of the elevator hall; replacement of doors to the attic and basement; glazing of loggias from PVC profile with a single-chamber double-glazed window; repair of pits in the basement; replacement of PC cabinets in the apartment corridors on the floors; replacement of risers and apartment wiring of cold and hot water to mixers, replacement of heated towel rails; replacement of risers and apartment wiring of sewerage with the replacement of toilet bowls; performance of related general construction works when replacing engineering networks in apartments and stairwells, replacing central heating risers, apartment wiring and heating devices; replacement of the trunk of the garbage chute; replacement of main and transit pipelines for central heating, hot water, cold water, sewerage and drainage in the basement. For exterior and interior decoration, use modern, efficient finishing materials of domestic production that correspond to the functional purpose of the premises, have fire safety certificates, meet sanitary and hygienic requirements for residential buildings, have high performance characteristics - strength, durability, moisture resistance, and also reduce construction labor intensity. The residential building is operated for the period of construction and installation works, without resettlement of residents.
