Architectural solutions.

The designed building is made according to the standard project I-2487, in plan it has a rectangular outline with dimensions in the axes of 27,6 x 27,6 m of variable number of storeys of 22 and 23 floors with a floor height of 3 meters. The building is intended for municipal settlement with a set of apartments on the floor: 1,1, located along the perimeter around the communication core with 2,2,2,2,3,3 elevators - 4 with a load capacity of 2 kg and 400 with a load capacity of 2 kg. On the first floor of the building, according to the design assignment, there are 630 two-room apartments for the disabled. The rest of the floor, not occupied by apartments and the lobby group of a residential building, is reserved for non-residential premises without specific technology with independent entrances from the street. Each apartment of a residential building, in its composition, has a glazed loggia or balcony with a fire sump in 2-room apartments and evacuation ladders in 3 and 1-room apartments. All apartments are equipped with a storage room. The technical floor of the building is located on 2 levels at el. 2rd and 23th floors. A smoke-free staircase, which serves as the main evacuation route from the apartments, leads to the technical floor and to the evacuation platform located above the machine room of the elevators. The technical underground of the building is intended for the installation of ITP and a pump station located in the southern part of the building, the rest of the technical underground is intended for laying communications. The project provides for backfilling with imported sand under the floors of the technical underground to a height of 24 m, a 1,97 mm concrete screed reinforced with a road mesh, waterproofing from 60 layers of filizol and a 2 mm thick concrete floor reinforced with a road mesh with a cell of 30 x 100 mm. Since the construction site is potentially radon-hazardous, air vents are installed around the entire perimeter of the building, and transoms are installed at the entrances to the technical underground. The building is designed in monolithic structures. As a fence, the construction of walls made of expanded clay concrete blocks 100 mm thick was adopted, followed by fastening of a heater made of non-combustible mineral wool 190 mm thick and a ventilated facade based on porcelain stoneware (minerite). Inside the glazed loggias mineral wool is plastered. The basement of the building is faced with porcelain stoneware with a plant below the level of the blind area by 180 mm. The apartments of the building are finished. The floors of living rooms, kitchens and corridors are linoleum. In the bathrooms - ceramic tiles for waterproofing. All floors are arranged according to the soundproofing preparation of foam concrete. The walls of the living quarters are covered with wallpaper. In bathrooms and bathrooms, a panel of ceramic glazed tiles is made to a height of 100 m. Wooden windows with double glazing. On the ground floor, wood-aluminum carpentry is inserted into the window openings. Glazing of loggias and balconies - in aluminum binding.

 Constructive decisions.

The foundations were designed in accordance with the technical report on engineering and geological surveys in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 1100 mm thick made of concrete of class B25 in strength, for concrete preparation 100 mm thick of concrete of class B15 in strength. The bottom of the foundation slab at elev. 182,44. The absolute mark of 0,000 was taken as the mark of 188,60. The base of the foundation slab is sandy loam, with sand lenses, with gravel and crushed stone, hard-plastic with a deformation modulus E = 23 MPa. and soft-plastic with a deformation modulus E=15 MPa. The design resistance of the foundation soils R = 4,6 kgf/cm² The normative stress under the sole of the foundation slab is 3,2 kgf/cm². The maximum settlement of the foundation slab is 9,0 cm. The maximum relative difference in settlement is 0,00065. The construction site is classified as potentially radon hazardous. The project provides for the construction of the foundation slab and the zero cycle of concrete of class B25 for strength and grade W8 for water resistance. A radon-insulating layer of 2 layers of Filisol "N" is provided for concrete preparation for the foundation slab and for the entire height of the underground part of the outer walls of the basement. The gluing insulation of the outer walls of the basement is protected by brickwork of solid clay bricks M100 on mortar M100. The project provides for backfilling with imported sand under the basement floors at a height of 1,97 m; concrete screed 60 mm reinforced with a road mesh cell 200 x 200 mm Ø5 mm; waterproofing from 2 layers of filisol and a concrete floor 30 mm thick, reinforced with a road mesh with a cell of 100 x 100 mm Ø5 mm. All building structures are designed taking into account the requirement for protection against progressive collapse. The overall stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the internal walls and floor discs. All monolithic structures of the above-ground part of the building are made of concrete of class B25 in terms of strength and grade W4 in terms of water tightness. Armature class A500C. Internal walls - monolithic reinforced concrete 180, 220 mm thick in the basement, 180 mm thick in the above-ground part. Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete, 200 mm thick, with strapping beams along the entire outer contour of the ceilings. Elevator shafts - monolithic reinforced concrete, 140 mm thick. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete. Landings - monolithic reinforced concrete. Ventilation blocks - prefabricated reinforced concrete, 3,0 m high. Partitions - tongue-and-groove, 80 mm thick. The outer walls of the underground part are monolithic reinforced concrete 420 mm thick below the freezing depth and three-layer above: from the outer monolithic layer 140 mm, the inner 180 mm, the insulation is polystyrene foam 100 mm thick. Ceramic cladding. The outer walls of the above-ground part are made of expanded clay concrete blocks 190 mm thick, insulated with non-combustible mineral wool 150 mm thick with a ventilated facade based on porcelain stoneware. Roofing - 3 layers of filisol: 1 upper layer "B" and 2 lower layers "H", reinforced screed 40 mm, divided into 6x6 m cards on a plastic film. Insulation RUF BATT 150 mm thick.
