Architectural and space-planning solutions

The designed building of the student dormitory is a separate, rectangular with ledges in plan, the total dimensions in the extreme axes are 38,82 x 18,24 m. The building is 18-storey, has 18 above-ground floors, a basement floor and an upper technical floor. Height - 55,68 m from ground level to the top of the parapet. For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark of 3.65, is taken. The basement floor with a height of 3,0 m from floor to ceiling is designed to accommodate the residential premises of the hostel, rooms for engineering equipment, laying engineering networks. On the first floor with a height of 3,45 m, an entrance group of premises, administrative and service premises are designed. From the 2nd to the 18th floors, residential premises of the hostel are designed - residential blocks, consisting of 1-2 living rooms, a common room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and an entrance hall. The floors provide for dispersed placement of the estimated number of rooms for classes, recreation and leisure of students, and household premises. The height of floors from 2 to 18 is 2,85 m. The technical floor with a floor-to-ceiling height of 2,20 m is designed to accommodate engineering equipment, laying engineering networks. On the roof, superstructures are designed for arranging exits to the roof; zones are provided for placing ventilation equipment. For vertical connection between the floors, two smoke-free staircases of the H1 and H2 types are provided, which have access to the ground level. The design documentation provides for an elevator unit with three elevators: one passenger-and-freight elevator, designed to transport fire departments, descending to the basement level and two passenger ones, one of which descends to the basement level. In the dormitory building, two shafts of garbage chutes with garbage collection chambers on the ground floor are designed. Access to the basement premises is provided through an isolated external flight of stairs located in the pit, and through an internal technological staircase leading to the first floor. Roof - from rolled materials. The cover is flat, with an organized internal drain. Internal partitions - from hollow concrete blocks. Filling window openings - metal-plastic window blocks and stained-glass structures. Interior decoration of premises - in accordance with their functional purpose. Finishing of building facades: plinth - facing with natural stone; above-ground floors - ceramic facade panels and aluminum cassettes on a metal frame filled with facade mineral wool boards; stained glass glazing structures. Measures are provided to ensure the living conditions of MGN: entrances to all groups of premises are provided from the ground level, a bathroom for MGN, elevators with a cabin size of 1,0 x 2,1 m are designed.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The building was designed according to the column-wall structural system of monolithic reinforced concrete B25; F75. The level of responsibility of the building - P. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of vertical load-bearing elements (columns and walls) with unchanging horizontal disks of reinforced concrete floors and roofing. Internal bearing walls and walls of elevator shafts - 200 mm thick; basement outer walls - 300 mm thick with external insulation. Columns - section 400x600 mm. Ceilings and roofing - flat and beam slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick, beams section 450x600(h) mm; with thermal inserts in the transitional balcony area. The protective layers of the reinforcement are adopted taking into account the fire resistance of the structures. External non-bearing walls of the building - with floor-by-floor support on floor slabs, from solid-bodied Polarit Classic wall blocks manufactured by Melikonpolar 200 mm thick (compressive strength 5 MPa) on Ml00 mortar with reinforced seams, with external insulation and cladding with a ventilated facade system. The project provides for the fastening of external non-bearing walls to the supporting structures of the building. The end external load-bearing walls and the external sections of the walls of the stair-lift units are monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick, insulation and cladding with a ventilated facade system. Structural solutions for fastening the ventilated facade system to the supporting structures of the building are developed in the working documentation in accordance with the current technical certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. Stairs are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete. The load-bearing structures of the building were calculated using the MicroFe Ing+2010 software package, taking into account the joint operation of the above-ground structures of the foundations and foundations in accordance with the requirements of STO 36554501-006-2006. The maximum horizontal movement of the top of the building - 20,3 mm; the estimated draft of the building is 3,1 cm; roll -0,00031. The relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +3.65 m. The foundation of the building is adopted on a pile foundation. Piles - bored with a diameter of 520 mm, manufactured using displacement technology (DDS) from B25 concrete; W8; F150 with reinforcement; working length of piles 29,75 m; the absolute elevation of the pile tip is minus 31.65 m. The design load on the pile is assumed to be 180 tf. The grillage is a monolithic reinforced concrete tape beam united on top with a slab 200 mm thick. The height of the tape grillage is 900 mm. Concrete B25; W8; F150. The connection of piles with grillage is rigid. Concrete preparation 100 mm thick on M35 foam 50 mm thick and sand and gravel bedding 200 mm is provided under the reamer. At the base of the tip of the piles there are silty clays with fragments of sandstone, solid EGE-13 (E=310 kg/cm2; IL=-0,51; e=0,442). The allowable design load on the pile was adopted based on the results of static sounding. To confirm the bearing capacity of piles on the ground, tests are provided before the mass installation of piles. The 30-meter zone of influence of the construction includes existing houses No. 20 (wings A1 and A2 of existing hostels are located at a distance of 3,5 m or more) and No. 22 (a residential building) along the street.
