General information.

The project of a residential building of series 75 was made on the basis of basic block sections 75-16/5 (1-1-1-2), 75-16/5 (2-1-1-1). These block sections were previously used in projects that received a positive expert opinion. The building, consisting of five residential floors, a basement floor (hereinafter referred to as the technical underground) and a cold attic, has a rectangular shape in plan with dimensions in the axes of 64,02 x 12,0 m. The height of the residential floor is 2,8 m. The 0,000 mark is the level of the finished floor of the 1st floor, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 82.35. The technical underground, 2,23 m high, is intended for laying utility networks and placing engineering equipment. The height of the openings in the internal walls of the technical underground is 1,6 m. In the technical underground there are heating points, a cable room, a cleaning equipment room, and a metering unit. The premises of heating points are classified as category "D" in terms of fire and explosion hazard and have a separate exit directly to the outside. The exit from the metering unit is through a fire-resistant door DS 16-9 gt and is located no more than 12 m from the exit from the technical underground. To ensure fire extinguishing in the technical underground, where the cleaning equipment room is located, there are two windows with pits. The technical underground is divided into compartments according to block sections. Fire doors in accordance with TU 5262-011-51740842-2010 (S-KI.PB31.V.00066) are installed in the openings of the intersection walls of the technical underground. Each technical underground compartment has an exit, separate from the exit from the building and leading directly outside. In block section 3 on the ground floor there is an electrical panel room. The electrical panel room is designed in accordance with SanPiN 2.1.2.2645-10. The exit from the electrical panel is directly outside. The vestibule No. 1 of the residential building is designed in stained glass according to the SIAL system (TU 5271-002-55583158-2009) from an aluminum profile in accordance with GOST 22233-2001, filled with tempered glass in accordance with GOST R 54162-2010 with a thickness of 6 mm with the mandatory installation of load-bearing glass spacers, seals and thermal inserts. Tambour No. 2 is made of solid ceramic brick of the KR-r-po brand 250x125x65/1NF/Y0/2,0/50/GOST 530-2012 on M75 mortar with insulation made of Technofas mineral wool board (TU 5762-010-74182181-2012) . The residential building has staircases of type L1 with natural lighting through glazing in the external walls with opening window blocks on each floor. All apartments in the designed residential building have loggias. The glazing of loggias is carried out using the SIAL Sliding - 45 system from aluminum profiles in accordance with GOST 22233-2001 filled with tempered glass in accordance with GOST R 54162-2010 with a thickness of 5 mm with the mandatory installation of load-bearing spacer pads. The attic of the building is cold, ventilated, divided into compartments by brick partitions. Brick partitions along axes 2,3,4,5, 120 mm thick with stiffening ribs 250 mm thick, made of solid brick KR-r-po 250x120x65/1NF/100/2.0/50 GOST 530-2012 on cement-sand mortar M75 height up to the sheathing with a fire resistance limit of KE1 150.
