Structural solutions.

Three houses consist of three typical 9-storey sections. According to the layout and set of apartments on the floor, sections 1-1-2-3, 1-2-2-2, 1-2-3-3 are accepted. The height of the floor is 2,8m, which ensures the height of the premises is 2,5m. The houses have a technical underground and an attic. Spatial schemes of buildings, as well as the main load-bearing elements, are adopted according to series 90. Longitudinal wall spacing: 5,70; 1,57; 1,43; 3,6 m, transverse: 3,6 m. External and internal load-bearing walls made of prefabricated single-layer reinforced concrete panels 160mm thick. The rigidity of the spatial scheme of the building is ensured by the joint work of all structural elements: the outer wall panels are attached to each other with the help of mounting elements in two levels; end external wall panels are fastened with floor panels using embedded and anchor loops; external wall panels are attached to the internal ones in two levels; internal wall panels are attached to each other using mounting elements in the upper level. Prefabricated reinforced concrete floor panels with a thickness of 160 mm rest on the walls on three and four sides. The floor panels are fixed between themselves and wall panels by welding mounting and anchor loops, embedded parts through mounting elements. Wall panels are made of heavy concrete class. B25, floor panels - from heavy concrete class. IN 20. Mounting of prefabricated panels is carried out according to the nodes of the 90 series, part 9, section 9.1-7 and nodes. Coating slabs are adopted according to series 1.141-1 issue 60. Ventilation blocks - prefabricated reinforced concrete grades VV1b according to the 90 series, grades VV 2 according to the drawings of standard developments. Flights of stairs according to the series 1.151.1-6. Landings - prefabricated reinforced concrete according to the drawings. The walls of the technical attic are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete attic panels with a thickness of 160 mm, as well as from silicate brick of three-hollow thickened ordinary grade SUR-100/25 GOST 379-95 on a cement-sand mortar M 100. The parapet on the roof is made of prefabricated elements.

Architectural solutions.

Architectural and planning solutions are made in accordance with SNiP 31-01-2003 "Residential multi-apartment buildings", SP 31-107-2004 "Architectural and planning solutions for multi-apartment residential buildings", SNiP 21-01-97 *. "Fire safety of buildings and structures", SNiP 31-06-2009 "Public buildings and structures". The land plot with an area of ​​8560 sq m, provided for the construction of 9-storey residential buildings, is located in the territorial development zone of multi-apartment, multi-storey residential buildings Zh-1 (mainly 9 and above floors). Residential building No. 1 consists of 2 panel block sections, with axes dimensions of 43,2 mx12,3 m. Residential building No. 2 consists of 1 panel block section, with axes dimensions of 25,2 mx12,3 m. Residential building 3 consists of 2 panel block sections, with dimensions in the axes of 43,2 mx12,3 m. The height of the floor from floor to floor is 2,8 m, the height of the room is 2.56 m. The height of the technical (basement) floor is 2,1 m, the height of the attic is variable: from 1,9 m to 1,71 m. The rest of the technical floor is provided for the placement of communications. Separate exits from the technical floor directly to the outside are available in each section. The room for cleaning equipment is located in the above-ground part of the building on the first floor, in each section. Ventilation of technical floors is carried out through 400x200 mm air vents and windows located in the pits. Pit dimensions: 850 mm by 1490 mm. Ventilation of a cold attic is carried out through air ducts measuring 400x400 mm. Each entrance is equipped with a passenger elevator model Zirkom 1000 LL900 by LM Liftmaterial without a machine room. Elevation of the finished floor of the elevator shaft -1,210 m. Stops are made at elev. 0.000 and beyond - on each floor. The spatial schemes of the building, as well as the main load-bearing elements, are adopted according to series 90. The walls of the building are reinforced concrete panels, 160 mm thick. Mineral wool boards (TU 5762-011-45757203-02), 90 kg/m³, 130 mm thick, serve as a heater. Floor slabs - prefabricated reinforced concrete panels, 160mm thick. Stairs are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. Stair railing - metal, prefabricated. The roof is prefabricated, slopeless, reinforced concrete with an internal outlet. The parapet on the roof is made of prefabricated elements. Internal walls - load-bearing reinforced concrete flat panels made of heavy concrete 160mm thick. Partitions - gypsum concrete panels 80 mm thick. Brick partitions are designed from an ordinary solid single brick KORPO 1NF / 100 / 2,0 / 25 / GOST 530-07 on a cement-sand mortar grade 50 120 mm thick with reinforcement through 6 rows of masonry with two longitudinal rods, tightened transversely through 400 mm from reinforcement ∅ 5Vp-I. Window blocks - polyvinyl chloride profile, filled with double-glazed windows in accordance with GOST 30674-99. Finishing of internal slopes of windows - plastic sandwich panels. Arrange spillway aprons on all windows from the outside. Provide for glazing of balconies from aluminum profiles in accordance with GOST 23166-99 with glass filling 6 mm thick along balcony slabs, with external fencing to a height of 1,2 m. External doors - metal, insulated in accordance with GOST 31173-2003. Entrance doors of apartments - in accordance with GOST 2468-81. Interroom doors - wooden in accordance with GOST 6629-88. Electrical panel doors, vent. chambers, pumping station to be fire-fighting - according to TU 5262-001-57323007-2001 with a fire resistance limit of El- 60. Foundations - a monolithic slab 500 mm thick.
