General information.

The object is a detached 9-storey multi-apartment residential building with an attic. The building is heated. Repair and construction work is carried out in an existing building without resettlement. The overall stability and spatial rigidity of the building is provided by internal longitudinal and transverse, and external walls. In the prepared period, measures and work are carried out for the comprehensive preparation of construction. Contracts are being concluded for the supply of equipment, building materials and products. The organization of the residential camp and the storage area is carried out in accordance with the construction master plan agreed with the interested organizations. All work is carried out in cramped conditions, this is characterized by the presence of the following factors: the need to pass residents through the construction site; residential or industrial buildings, as well as preserved green spaces in the immediate vicinity of the place of work; cramped conditions for storing materials or the impossibility of storing them at the construction site for the normal supply of materials to jobs; cramped working conditions. Delivery of building materials and structures to the place of work is provided by vehicles centrally. When working near residential buildings, it is necessary to use less productive low-noise equipment. Near residential buildings, work should be carried out only during the daytime. The need for basic machines and mechanisms is determined based on the planned methods of work, volumes and terms of construction and is given in the table of the need for basic construction machines and mechanisms. Materials are stored in an installed change house in the material storage section. Disposal of municipal solid waste (construction waste) is carried out in accordance with the recycling scheme. The container with construction waste is taken out by specialized transport to the nearest landfill.
